La ubicacion estratégica, la relacion precio-servicio y la amabilidad del propietario y todo el personal. El hotel y las habitaciones son pulcras y bien equipadas, y la comida del restaurant es muy buena. Mencion especial para Paul, que estuvo presto desde nuestra llegada a brindar ayuda y recomendaciones muy valiosas, que nos permitieron disfrutar a plenitud muchas de las cosas que Baños tiene para ofrecer al turista.

A cute, charming, hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had breakfast ready for us when we wanted it, called to have bikes delivered for us, and asked if we needed anything else. It was close to the thermal pools and quiet part of town. We enjoyed our stay!
