The hotel is very nice and clearly well-funded, but the staff is very poorly trained. Upon arrival, the revolving door was malfunctioning. Carrying both a large and a small suitcase, I was cramped inside and had to nudge the door with the tip of my foot because the wheels were catching on the floor. Once inside, I noticed the doorman and, quite frustrated, asked him, 'Are you just going to stand there and watch?' While I understand that anyone can take a break and don't expect him to stand like a statue, he continued to just stare at me even after seeing me half-trapped in the door with my bags. I went to the front desk, and instead of apologizing and being welcoming, the receptionist kept insisting that the door was broken and a sign had been put up, claiming it must have fallen right before I arrived. It was an embarrassing and completely unprofessional attitude. The third-floor hallway hasn't been vacuumed in ages. Personally, I will never stay at this hotel again. Also, beware of the parking—it is not free for hotel guests and costs €0.8 per hour, which is another highly unprofessional detail. Alternatively, you can park in the public parking lot across the street.

די מאכזב, שאין תחזוקה שוטפת….
Pros:

יש חניה בשפע תמורת תשלום נוסף. כשהתלוננו- ניסו לתקן וגם שלחו ״ פיצוי״ לחדר.

Cons:

המלון די מוזנח, במסדרון ישנם הרבה ״ חלקים״ שבורים, הרבה מתקנים בחדר לא עבדו- נכון שתיקנו אחרי הרבה זמן למרות שהתלוננו ישר בהתחלה, כנראה שאין בדיקה שוטפת שהכול תקין בחדרים .

Disappointing experience for a 4* hotel
Pros:

The room was ok, modern and clean ish.
The water in the pool was really warm and nice, but not very clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing and definitely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The selection was limited and of poor quality, the breakfast area was crowded and very dirty. The staff were insufficient and unable to cope with the volume of guests. Unfortunately, some guests were also quite uncivilized.

The pool area was overcrowded and very noisy, making it impossible to relax. In addition, some people were smoking IQOS indoors in an area that already lacked proper ventilation. There were also not enough sunbeds available.

I asked for a disposable comb, a basic hotel amenity, but was told that the hotel did not provide them.

Overall, I would rate this hotel as a 3* at best. Parking costs 45 RON per day, which I found rather expensive.
