You must try! Really great experience!
Pros:

Staff is very professional. Hotel is brand new.
The automatic curtains were just cherry on the top.
At the breakfast, they prepare you fresh the hot meal, like Egg’s Benedict.

Cons:

Only a recommendation, for 5star hotel, the Netflix subscription shall be already covered, as standard.

Pros:

Super lekker ontbijt waarbij je zowel een buffet hebt als a la carte. De dame die bij het ontbijt stond, was heel vriendelijke en wilde alles voor de gasten doen. Het ruikt heel lekker in het hele hotel. Er is een sauna en een bubbelbad aanwezig in de sportschool. Daarnaast kun je gratis parkeren onder het hotel.

We kregen zelfs een gratis upgrade naar een onwijs mooie kamer! De kamers zijn van alle luxe voorzien.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel.

On the first day, the sauna was not working. In our room, the door handle was so loose that it felt as if it could come off in my hand at any moment, and both power sockets next to the bed — on the left and right side — were not working, making it impossible to conveniently charge our phones overnight.

After I reported these issues and exchanged several messages with the hotel, we were moved to another room the following morning, which I appreciated. The receptionist also assured me that although the sauna was unavailable, the jacuzzi would be working in the evening and that we would at least be able to use that.

Unfortunately, when we returned in the evening, the jacuzzi was also marked as out of order. So at this point, both the sauna and the jacuzzi are unavailable.

This is particularly disappointing because the wellness facilities were one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The sauna, jacuzzi and small gym area are all located in one relatively small room, and during our stay neither the sauna nor the jacuzzi could be used. The only thing that appeared to be operational was the treadmill, although I did not personally test it.

There are definitely positives. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the rooms are stylish and well designed, and the breakfast is excellent. The food is delicious, beautifully presented, there is a choice of freshly prepared hot dishes from the menu, and the staff can also accommodate allergies and dietary requirements. Breakfast was easily one of the best aspects of our stay.

However, if you are choosing this hotel mainly for relaxation, the spa or wellness facilities, I would strongly recommend checking their availability in advance. During our stay, the experience was unfortunately far from what I would expect from a five-star property.
