מלון חמוד במיקום מעולה. מומלץ. VFM

מיקום מעולה במרכז העיר העתיקה, ליד האופרה וסמוך לרוב האטרקציות. תחבורה ציבורית קרובה, יחס הצוות מצויין ושרותי, ארוחת בוקר טובה ומספקת. ארזו לנו את הארוחה ביום האחרון לטיסת הבוקר המוקדמת. חדר ענק, נקי ומחומם היטב. Vfm.

Cons:

נושא לשיפור- החדר חשוך בחלקו והיה מועיל להוסיף נקודות תאורה. נושא לידיעה- קיר זכוכית שקוף בחלקו העליון הגובל לחדר השינה.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable mattress and pillows, they agreed to keep our luggage until check in as we arrived early

Cons:

We weren't able to leave our luggage after check out.
The bathroom is a little outdated but very
clean.

Good evening,
My stay palace hotel was wonderful.
A special, homely hotel, a comfortable and good room. Great breakfast. The receptionist helped me a lot and was exceptionally nice.
The hotel is centrally located. When I come to Cluj again I would be happy to stay with you again.

A fost foarte bine totul. Camera foarte mare, curata, draguta. Personalul dragut. Locatia excelenta.

Cons:

Am ales o camera cu doua paturi individuale. Neinspirata alegere! Foarte inguste paturile!! Foarte, foarte inguste!
Micul dejun...bun, destul de variat, dar...poate mai schimbati cate ceva ... E monoton sa mananci aceleasi produse in fiecare zi...si sa sa fie asezate mereu in acelasi loc ...forma...
Eu am stat 3 zile... cine sta o saptamana... E doar o sugestie.

Liked the location of the hotel,it's pretty close to the center.

Cons:

I didn't like that in our room the windows couldn't close very well and outside was -15° so by night it was cold in the room and we had a 1 year baby,so it wasn't a very good experience for us.
I asked for an extra pillow and they said I have to pay 50 lei.
They gave me an extra pillow for my baby.

Personalul este foarte ospitalier, camera este generoasă ca spațiu și dotare, apreciez aparatul de cafea/ceai din cameră pus la dispoziție.

Cons:

Nu există un loc de parcare (nici măcar de staționare) disponibil lângă hotel. Este o adevărată aventură să poți să îți lași bagajele (sau să le iei) - se blochează toată străduța. Parcările cu plată din vecinătate sunt ocupate, zona este foarte aglomerată, iar alte spații de parcare mai mari, nu sunt chiar prea aproape.
