L’appartement était grand, avec du mobilier de qualité, les lits très confortables et la literie de qualité.

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception et de la Piscine, pas du tout formé pour être accueillant, souriant, donner tous les renseignements nécessaires à l’arrivée sur le fonctionnement de l’établissement et les allentours.
Très peu de signalétiques. Les accès pas faciles, surtout pour les P MR ou les gens avec Bebe et poussette. Beaucoup d’escaliers et beaucoup d’accès avec des portes lourdes, qui doivent toujours être ouvertes par une carte magnétique. Les piscines assez bien. Par contre les accès dans les piscines très inconfortables. La piscine d’enfants ne possédait aucun toboggan comme précisé sur Booking. Quant à la salle de jeux intérieur, très minimaliste et pas pour tout age.
Pas du tout le standard de cinq étoiles malgré les dotations matériels.

A fost cea mai buna cazare de pe litoralul romanesc de care am avut parte pana acum. Camerele sunt mari si curate. Cu siguranță voi reveni.
