Important information:

Reception Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–20:00

Check-In Process: Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform. A link to access the platform will be sent after the reservation is confirmed. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted.

Breakfast Service: Monday to Sunday, 07:00–11:00

No daily cleaning service is provided.

Signature items (e.g., toiletries) are offered as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay.

Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 06:00.
VISIONAPARTMENTS does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

Violations: In the event of a proven violation of house rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to:

Cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund
Request the immediate departure of guests

Great location for Bucharest sightseeing and Old Town sports
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to everything we needed. The pool in the basement was an added bonus.

Cons:

Room was a little tired and would benefit from an update. I asked for more towels and was told because it was an apart hotel towels are only changed every 4 days and therefore, I would have to pay.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, centrale e semplice per muoversi. La colazione soddisfa tutte le necessità. Le camere sono confortevoli e adeguate, consiglierei per tutti, rapporto qualità prezzo buono. E' una grande struttura ma ti senti indipendente.

Cons:

Negli ultimi anni sono stato ospite del VISIONAPARTMENTS Bucharest molte volte, tutte le volte avevo notato l'attenzione al dettaglio, nell'ultimo soggiorno notato che non vi erano le ciabatte per la camera che ritengo siano fondamentali inoltre il sapone per le mani con il dosatore rotto impossibile da utilizzare, infine la pulizia rispetto i precedenti soggiorni è diminuita. Penso non sia responsabilità della catena ma di chi opera e vi sono persone più attente e meno attente. Soggiornato li anche per 15 giorni consecutivi e chi si occupava della camera aveva sempre massima attenzione.

Pros:

Totul ar fi mult mai bine daca ar exista izolare fonica. Dupa ora 6 , dupa ce incepe traficul nu mai ai nici o sansa sa dormi

Situated right near the old town with lots of restaurants

Didn’t receive the slippers for the spa as they ran out. Rooms are smaller than advertised

Not good
Pros:

We loved the location and the beautiful, good-smelling lobby.

Cons:

The smell in the room was really bad, we complained about it but they didn't really do anything about it, nor did they care much. Another thing is that they don't update that there was a room cleaning service.
