Important information:

Reception Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–20:00

Check-In Process: Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform. A link to access the platform will be sent after the reservation is confirmed. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted.

Breakfast Service: Monday to Sunday, 07:00–11:00

Cleaning & Amenities:

No daily cleaning service is provided.

Signature items (e.g., toiletries) are offered as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay.

Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 06:00.
VISIONAPARTMENTS does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

SCAM - Complete mismatch with the photos and smells like mold!
Pros:

The only good thing is the location.Don't be fooled - within a 100-meter radius, there are at least 4 other hotels with a much, much higher quality of service.

Cons:

The photos of the rooms on Booking.com have absolutely nothing to do with reality. The staff is extremely rude (if you can even find them). The rooms are actually incredibly old, very poorly furnished, and smell of dampness and mold. When you ask the reception why the apartment you rented through Booking.com looks nothing like the reality, they tell you that the photos are just for illustrative purposes and that it's Booking.com's fault, not theirs. HOWEVER, they immediately offer you a slightly better apartment/room for double the price. Don't be fooled - within a 100-meter radius, there are at least 4 other hotels with a much, much higher quality of service. These people are outright scammers and liars.

Decent price for a hotel with indoor pool in the center of the city
Pros:

Good location, comfortable bed and big bathroom with rain-shower. Kitchenette was basic however cooked food could be warmed in microwave oven.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell all around the spa Facility. Local TV channels were not working properly.

Pros:

Good size room, clean in a good location. All the facilities good, especially the spa.

Cons:

Wasn't really a way to check-in early its self checking. You can't do it online beforehand and then just make yourself to the room at 3 PM.

Cons:

Однообразные невкусные завтраки , холодные каменные полы в номере и ванной комнате, маленькая ванная комната, неуютные номера, громкая вентиляция на потолке , громкое закрывание дверей. Сауну выключают за час до закрытия спа.

I strongly recommend future guests to carefully review all conditions before booking.

After paying in full for a non-refundable reservation, I discovered multiple reviews raising concerns about hygiene standards. More importantly, guests are required to send photos of both sides of their ID card by email prior to check-in.

This requirement was not clearly disclosed before payment. Sending full ID copies by email raises serious personal data protection concerns.

When I requested cancellation due to safety and privacy reasons, the property refused and insisted on a 100% penalty.

The lack of transparency and strict no-refund policy create significant risk for guests. Please proceed with caution.
