Belle surprise, comme la ville Bucarest! Je reviendrai aux deux!
Pros:

- L'emplacement. Sur une partie très intéressante de la fameuse avenue de la Victoire. De plus, la vieille ville et ses attractions sont à cinq minutes à pied. Adjacent se trouve le café historique Capsa et ses délicieuse spécialités au chocolat créés en l'honneur du maréchal Joffre. Pour les amoureux de culture et de gastronomie. Incroyable.
- Le calme. Alors que l'hôtel est pourtant situé dans une zone animée, ma chambre était très bien isolée. J'ai pu dormir au paisiblement et de nos jours c'est presque un exploit dans le hôtels urbains.
- L'enregistrement et le départ peuvent se faire en ligne et de manière très simple. C'est un gain de temps appréciable.
- Le confort. Ma chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain bien équipée.
- Le jour et en soirée, le restaurant de l'hôtel se transforme en glacier qui offrent des merveilles à déguster.
- Le coin piscine et jacuzzi est très classe. La lumière bleue sur l'eau, l'ambiance...
- Pour l'accueil, je suis tombé sur une jeune réceptionniste blonde très sympathique.

Cons:

- Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible et ne varie pas. Préférez lui les cafés ouverts à proximité de l'établissement.Par contre il ouvre tôt et du coup ça reste bien pratique pour dépanner.
- Le sol du coin jacuzzi est glissant...mais alors très très très glissant. Il y a bien un panneau qui vous avertit, mais franchement là c'est abusé. J'avais l'impression de marcher sur un parquet fraichement ciré...
- Le soir il n'y a plus de réception.A la place il y a un agent de sécurité, pas du tout méchant en soi, mais sur lequel il ne faut pas trop compter pour obtenir un renseignement.
- Ménage: en effet je rejoins d'autre commentaires, ma chambre n'a pas été faite pendant 3 jours. Est ce qu'il fallait le demander systématiquement. Je précise qu'une fois que j'ai fait la remarque, ça a été fait Pico Bello.

Βολική τοποθεσία με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα σημαντικότερα αξιοθέατα και εστιατόρια. Παρόλο που βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο
το ξενοδοχείο είναι ήσυχο.

ο φωτισμός στο δωμάτιο δεν με ικανοποίησε ιδιαίτερα και θεωρώ ότι η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι σε καλύτερο επίπεδο.

Nice little short stay hotel. Great city location above a lovely dessert cafe/ bar.
Pros:

Its location , and convenience, rooms were clean. Shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff serving were lovely

Cons:

The room was quite cramped, and no storage for luggage, and although the wardrobe was adequate for hanging clothes, there was nowhere to unpack anything else. The reception staff were mixed. Some did not even acknowledge us.

Pretty bad. Dirty rooms and rude staff.
Pros:

Noisy, but very central location.

Cons:

The room was quite dirty with marks on the furniture and substantial signs of wear and tear. Ther personnel at the reception was quite rude on check-out.

Reality different from the pictures on booking.com

The location is very good, very close to the old town.

Cons:

I received a completely different room than I booked, even though I had made the reservation a month and a half ago. I was told that the rooms are randomly assigned. I booked a 28 sqm, bright room, and I received a much smaller room, very dark, with only one narrow window.

I posted pictures of what I reserved and what I received.

The attitude at the reception was defiant, you can't make a complaint anywhere, there is only one contact phone number in Switzerland.

Highest recommendation - don't hesitate!
Pros:

We loved the location, it was very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's in the heart of the city, so you get everywhere easily. Staff was throughout our stay friendly and helpful. I was anxious before our arrival because of reviews I had read on Google. I don't know what standards the reviewers usually live by, but VisionAppartments in Bucharest is a wonderful stay. We absolutely recommend staying here!

The SPA area had a moldy odor.
