A very pleasant stay - we really enjoyed our time here!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good, and the pool was excellent. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend the hotel!

Cons:

The bathroom was a little small, but we really liked that the room was divided into two separate bedrooms, which was very convenient.

The rooms were decent and clean tbh but the staff was borderline rude and not professional at all. I was silly enough to forget some personal items there and i msged them the same day severa times with no answer. After a few days i decided to call them, only to tell me that they'll call me back but never did. I even passed by the hotel a few days later to ask for my items and while i was there i understood that no one had any idea of this. So i guess the person that answered the phone never mentioned it to anyone. When i move the matter to Booking Help center, they finally reached out to me (in the same chat sessiin that they were ignoring me) to tell me that they found one of the items but refused to send it to me. And when i asked why, i never got an answer back. Still waiting. Its been 20 days since i left the hotel. Almost 10 days since they last contacted me.

Bouteille d eau de bienvenue avec une eau qui sentait très mauvais , bouchon Interieur de la bouteille très sale , avons trouvé sur le Sol un ticket de parking datant de 3 semaines , certainement la dernière date de nettoyage de la chambre ce qui peut expliquer l état de l eau dans la bouteille et son odeur . Avons séjourné 2 nuits et a l issue de la première nuit , chambre faite bref juste le lit , le ticket de parking traînait encore sur le sol et un demi rouleau de papier WC … donc très très déçu, et pourtant client du groupe Accor depuis des années ,

La pulizia, il letto molto comodo e pulito, la colazione e il servizio ristorante

Cons:

Questo hotel rimane nascosto dietro al più bello Mercure ma nella sostanza la sala colazione è condivisa, il parcheggio idem e la reception anche. Solo che per chi non lo sa sembra di essere arrivati in un hotel deserto.

Pros:

Die Rezeption sieht toll aus. Für eine Übernachtung unterwegs auf längerer Strecke ist das Hotel ideal. Es ist hundefreundlich und liegt direkt neben einem Park. 20 Gehminuten bis in die schöne Altstadt.

Cons:

Auf den Fluren lag stundenlang die Bettwäsche der vorherigen Gäste herum.

Could not change rooms as was full.
Pros:

Location, parking. Bed was good . Staff were helpful. It was relatively new.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work. Curtain was broken letting in light. No lights worked the early morning.Had to compete for breakfast on the first morning with five coach loads.

El millor l'esmorzar i el llit comfortable. També la tranquilitat de l'emplaçament, lluny f'un centre super sorollós a l'estiu.

No es propiament un hotel, és l'annexe low cost de l'hotel Mercure. La recepció i l'esmorzar es fan en el hotel Mercure. El mobiliari i la decoració son a l'estil Ibis i d'aquí el nom, dels baratets, però.
