Recomand in special pentru SPA si dimensiunea camerelor.
Pros:

Micul dejun foarte ok, locatia ok,SPA-ul absolut grozav,camera imensa.

Cons:

Wi-fi foarte slab,inexisistent in camera in care am fost cazati.
Un upgrade la televizoare ar fi ok, pana si la Airbnb gasesti Smart TV cu Netflix etc.

Geen uitzicht op malaga en geen uitzicht op het zwembad.
Personeel was erg lui op 2 leden na.
Kamers werden niet schoongrmaakt.
Alleen de bedden rechtgetrokken.
Zelf wc papier vragen en veagen om de prullebakken te legen.
Heb aangegeven dat de wc niet doorliep.
Bij terugkomst s'avonds nog niets gebeurt.
3e dag weer aangegeven met tot gevolg een hele nare lucht in onze accomodatie.

Комфортний і якісний готель, відпочинок з дітьми потребує уточнення наявних послуг

Загалом готель залишив хороше враження: комфортний номер, чистота, хороший сервіс і приємний персонал. За цими критеріями можу поставити високі оцінки.
У всьому іншому готель справді хороший. Думаю, він заслуговує високих оцінок, але інформацію про тимчасово недоступні дитячі зручності варто обов’язково й завчасно повідомляти гостям, особливо сім’ям, які обирають готель саме заради них.
Менеджер по роботі із клієнтами подзвонила після нашого відїзду, і приносила вибачення, що на сайті не була в достатній мірі інформація про реновацію дитячого басейну. І ми прийняли рішення зупинитися в готелі не маючи повного обєму інформації про нього. Це мене здивувало.

Cons:

Водночас для сім’ї з маленькою дитиною були суттєві розчарування. Парковка за шлагбаумом безпечна, але розташована незручно: щоб потрапити від автомобіля до входу в готель із речами та дитиною, потрібно фактично обійти дві сторони будівлі.
Дитячий майданчик відкривається лише з 13:00, чого ми не очікували, і дитина була дуже розчарована.
Найбільше засмутило те, що дитячий басейн перебував на реновації. На сайті готелю під час бронювання я не побачила цієї важливої інформації, хоча саме наявність дитячого басейну була одним із критеріїв вибору готелю. Для дитини це стало справжнім розчаруванням.
Крім того, у великому басейні в день нашого перебування проходили тренування, тому нормально поплавати там було неможливо. У результаті більшість гостей користувалася невеликим солоним басейном, де було занадто людно.
На сніданку також хотілося б бачити хоча б невеликий вибір страв, орієнтованих на маленьких дітей.
