Breakfast is not worth the money. you don't have too many choices to eat. nowhere do they mention that the wellness and spa are charged extra and can only be used with a reservation.

La colazione a buffet è scarna, cosa che comprendo dato il piccolo numero di camere. Forse sarebbe meglio offrire una colazione a la carte

Beautiful and unique hotel with excellent service, in a town that’s still authentic with many good restaurants and hasn’t become to touristic. Bari, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Matera, and Ostuni are all short drive making le Carasse a great base for a trip to Puglia.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer mit allem was es braucht ausgestattet, sehr ruhig und sauber.
Das Frühstück war wie schon erwähnt gut. Die Früchte sollten besser kontrolliert werden. Hatte an zwei Tagen Früchte, die schon weit über dem Reifepunkt waren.
