Superbe chambres d’hôtes, dans un endroit calme et confortable.

Tout 👍 l’emplacement, le confort de cette maison d’hôtes très propre avec magnifique piscine , chambre spacieuse décor superbe , petit déjeuner au top!! et hôte chaleureux, serviable, merci Fabrizio🥰

Rien, juste une petite remarque, la chambre un peu froide surtout pour prendre la douche😉 et chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour 😊😊

Tout est parfait 🤩
Pros:

Barbara et tout le personnel étaient très chaleureux, très sympathiques, à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce joli et paisible établissement. On a hâte d’y retourner.

Wunderschöne Lage der Masseria und schöne Bungalows. Das Restaurant hat uns nicht so sehr überzeugt, wir waren lieber in der Pizzeria SaSa im Ort essen.

Schöne Anlage, gutes Preisleistungsverhätnis, teils noch Luft nach oben
Pros:

Die Bewertung gilt nur für das Hotel, nicht für das Restaurant (sehr zu empfehlen), welches zwar Teil der Anlage ist, aber separat zu sehen & öffentlich ist.

Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön & top gepflegt. Zudem ist gibt es nur wenige Zimmer, womit es auch insgesamt sehr ruhig zugeht. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich, sympathisch und bemüht, ohne italienisch Kenntnisse ist es teils etwas umständlich, was das ein oder andere Mal zu kleinen Missverständnissen führt. Da das Publikum zumindest in unserer Zeit sehr international war, ist das etwas ungewöhnlich, aber wohl auch typisch für die Region.

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, alles notwendige vorhanden, aber auch kein Luxus. Die Preis/Leistung stimmt trotzdem, ist aber natürlich Ansichtssache.

Cons:

Der „Duschraum“ ist etwas speziell & m.E. nicht in top Zustand. Zudem war er so auch nicht auf den Fotos vorhanden und dadurch war es etwas überraschend, dass es es kein eigentliches Bad gibt. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber ich hätte es gerne gewusst.

Je nachdem mit wem man reist, bspw. auch mit kleinen Kindern, ist das nicht optimal. Das trifft vor allem auch darauf zu, dass es keine Türe zwischen Kinderbett und Elternbett gab, was teils auf den Fotos so aussah und auch so beschrieben war. Alles ist in einem Raum. Ggf gibt es da andere Zimmer, bei denen das anders gelöst ist - wir hatten ein Familienzimmer.

Nicht optimal ist mE. zudem, dass es zwischen 14:00 - 17:00 keine Bewirtung gab, nicht einmal was zu trinken, einen Kaffee etc. bzw. nur mit Goodwill der Mitarbeiter, was bei diesen aber offensichtlich zu Stress führte, dass sollte besser gehen. Vielleicht waren diese noch neu & das hat sich inzwischen eingespielt.

Zu weiche Matratze, Badezimmer war okay, aber Duschraum ist sanierungsbedürftig und Miete dür E-Bike ist uu teuer.

Le Masseria Samenti est un lieu magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables avec une vue sur la mer. .
Le personnel est aux petits soins.
Le restaurant sur place est d'une grande qualité. Les plats que nous avons goûtés sont excellents et très bien présentés.

Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

A stunning oasis for peace and relaxation
Pros:

The surroundings are beautiful , relaxing and peaceful. Amazing sea view and glorious sunsets. Fantastic breakfasts and dinner. We loved our private patio and time by the pool. Attentive and helpful staff , especially Barbara , who assisted with offsite dinner reservations.

Cons:

Didn’t love the mattress (memory foam) and the shower walls could use a freshening coat of paint .
