Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero splendido! L'hotel si trova in una posizione panoramica sopra Portovenere e la vista è semplicemente mozzafiato: vale da sola il viaggio.
Un altro grande punto di forza è il comodo parcheggio e il pratico servizio bus (a pagamento) che collega direttamente con il centro, evitando qualsiasi problema di traffico o ricerca del posto auto.
La piscina è essenziale ma estremamente curata: acqua cristallina, pulizia impeccabile e una temperatura perfetta che rende il bagno davvero piacevole.
All'arrivo abbiamo ricevuto una bellissima sorpresa: ci è stato proposto un upgrade a una mini suite. Un gesto molto apprezzato che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale.
La camera era ampia, elegante e molto confortevole, con un bagno spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la qualità dei prodotti da bagno, con shampoo e balsamo di ottimo livello, oltre alla cura dei dettagli: erano presenti anche tappi per le orecchie e una mascherina per dormire, piccoli accorgimenti che fanno davvero la differenza e dimostrano grande attenzione verso gli ospiti.
Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza eccellente. Un hotel che unisce una posizione spettacolare, comfort, servizi di qualità e un'ospitalità che ti fa sentire davvero il benvenuto. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
Se dovessi indicare alcuni aspetti da migliorare, partirei dal *light lunch*. L'idea è valida, ma il menù proposto offre davvero poche alternative. Inoltre, ci ha sorpreso l'addebito del coperto pur avendo ordinato solamente un toast e una bruschetta. Dopo aver chiesto chiarimenti al momento del check-out, il costo del coperto ci è stato rimborsato, un gesto corretto e apprezzato.
La vera delusione, però, è stata la colazione. Per una struttura di questo livello è sicuramente l'aspetto che più necessita di essere rivisto. È un vero peccato poter fare colazione su una terrazza con una vista straordinaria e trovare uova strapazzate completamente sode e asciutte. Ma ciò che ci ha lasciato più perplessi è stata l'assenza della focaccia: siamo in Liguria e ci si aspetterebbe di trovare almeno un'ottima focaccia locale tra le proposte del buffet.
Sono dettagli che non cancellano un soggiorno nel complesso molto positivo, ma proprio perché l'hotel ha un grande potenziale, basterebbero alcuni miglioramenti per rendere l'esperienza davvero impeccabile.

Personalen var ”junior” och hade inte alltid koll på självklarheter. Frukosten inte i klass med vad hotellet utgav sig för. Stängt i restaurangen hela dagen, ingen lunch och middagen hade en begränsad meny.
Mycket städat, fint och trevlig personal. Vi hade ett super trevligt rum med privat access till poolen.
Hotellet borde verkligen göra något åt fiskmås situationen.. samt myrorna.

The view is just outstanding and the staff were very friendly . The interior of hotel is modern and immaculate. We ate in restaurant one night and it was the best we had on this trip !! What with view and quality was just great !
Everyone should be made aware of girobus that runs from outside hotel bus stop 2€ return each that takes you down to town and beach runs every 15 mins and saves walking up and down the awful steps!!
The hotel outside needs attention gardens are very unkept scruffy , weeds and the Astro turf is a mess . The paint on our balcony walls was peeling off not good for a 4 star hotel . Trouble with seagulls cannot eat breakfast outside as swoop down to eat it! Also they sit on waterfall of pool and poo in it !! The steps to beach !

ein schönes aber in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, wo das eine oder andere gemacht werden müsste.
Tolle Aussicht, mit schickem Zimmer. Pool Öffnungszeiten werden nicht kontrolliert wie in einem Schullandheim… tolles Restaurant! Super Lage um in 5 min unten am Meer zu seien, auch wenn mit viel Treppensteigen :)
Klimaanlage hätte etwas stärker sein können. Das schicke stoffpanel hinter dem Bett sollte einmal glatt gestrichen werden bevor der Gast kommt. Und es gab Flecken von Wasserschäden an der Wand.
