Incredible place at the heart of Firenze.
Pros:

Very friendly staff and great location. The place seems very new or recently refurbished and the room was very comfortable. Within a short walking distance you have all main city attractions, restaurants and everything else you would need. Also possible to go walking to the train station even with luggages.

Tolle Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder 😃
Pros:

Sehr sauber und stylisch eingerichtet. Im Zimmer hatten wir eine Nespresso Maschine, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.
Die Lage war perfekt und in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegen und doch nur ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt.
Manuela hat uns toole Typs zum Essen gegeben. Alle im Hotel waren sehr nett.

The Location it's amazing, and the room was bug and comfy, the bed was very comfy

The cleaning hours, 'cuse they said certain hours and we left the hotel, we arrived at the last hour of cleaning and our room wasn't made

Lovely, clean stay in a perfect location
Pros:

We were warmly welcomed but a member of staff, I believe her name is Roberta, who was extremely helpful and gave us many tips and tricks to make the most of our stay in gorgeous Florence. It was extremely clean and fantastic location
