I loved the staff and location; I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Florence.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and did their best to meet all of our needs. From allowing us to check-in early to holding our luggage on the last day. The location was also great! Short walk from train station, and it was central to all of the major attractions in Florence and restaurants. The location also felt very safe and was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

My only complaint is that I found the shower to be slightly small. I'm an average sized guy and I kept accidentally turning off the water from bumping into it. Other than this, the place was great!

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and warm. The hotel was very clean, new and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing and you are within walking distance from every attraction. Yet despite being in the center the location is very peaceful and quiet. 10/10 when we return to Florence we’ll pick this hotel 100%

Great stay
Pros:

The location was fantastic. You’re practically right in the middle of everything. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and truly knowledgeable about hospitality. We had a wonderful stay. The room we stayed was super new, I personally loved the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Excellent hotel! Everything is brand new, with a fresh modern renovation and very comfortable, stylish rooms. The location is perfect — right in the center of Florence and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, which is extremely convenient.

A special thank you to the host, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. She kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the official check-in time, which we really appreciated.
