A perfectly located, comfortable, and high-quality stay in Florence.
Pros:

We especially appreciated the central heating, which was quiet and very comfortable during the winter. The complimentary room upgrade made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the unlimited tea, coffee, and water with high-quality selections, and the excellent central location within walking distance of everything.

We would repeat in this hotel.

Very good location, good qualities of the room and nice staff.

Perhaps the common area which is not open until 9am and in our case the room that we had was small to work on it.

Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione della struttura, l'ascensore e la possibilità di prendere un caffè/te caldo in autonomia.

Cons:

Non siamo riusciti a dormire bene perché il letto purtroppo era troppo morbido, scomodo e anche i cuscini, seppure due a testa, erano troppo scomodi e non consentono la conciliazione del sonno, ahimè!

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und spricht zum Teil perfekt Deutsch. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal.

Da ich im November verreist bin, spielte das keine Rolle, aber ein kleiner Balkon wäre noch die Krönung

Ci hanno dato una camera migliore di quella che avevamo prenotato, era più grande del previsto. Tutto era perfettamente pulito e TRANQUILLO. Il personale era incredibilmente gentile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli e mi ha permesso di lavorare in tutta tranquillità nel “lounge”.

Cons:

Capiamo che possa essere complicato, ma sarebbe fantastico se la lounge potesse essere aperta più presto al mattino o più tardi la sera (ma lo dico perché l'ho usata... come ufficio).
