Stanza molto bella, accogliente, pulita e conforme alla descrizione. Posizione ottima.

Cons:

La camera era fredda e soprattutto molto umida e riscaldamento e pompa di calore non erano attivabili. Il problema è stato da noi segnalato diverse volte ma non è stato risolto. Abbiamo potuto comunicare con l’host solo a mezzo whatsapp, ci sono state fornite informazioni fuorvianti e non siamo mai stati richiamati telefonicamente. Il freddo e l’umidità hanno reso il soggiorno poco confortevole anche considerando lo standard ed il prezzo della struttura.

Potenziale alto, ma standard non del tutto coerenti con il prezzo e l’immagine
Pros:

-Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione.
-Struttura nuova, situata in un palazzo recentemente ristrutturato.
-Camere spaziose, arredate con gusto, con un design moderno e molto curato e diverse amenities a disposizione
-Check-in e accessi automatici molto efficienti, comunicazione celere via whatsapp

Cons:

-L’isolamento acustico scarso: dalla stanza si sente tutto ciò che accade nel patio, e se si ha il sonno leggero, non è il massimo.
-La stanza priva di finestre. Sebbene diciate che è chiaramente indicato in descrizione, evidentemente non lo è così tanto, visto il numero di persone che ve lo fa presente. Per il prezzo pagato, trovo comunque poco accettabile una sistemazione senza finestre.
-La mancanza di luce e di aerazione naturale, peraltro, contribuiva a una sensazione di umidità e gli asciugamani non apparivano particolarmente freschi.
