Grundsätzlich schöne, gepflegte und geschichtsträchtigen Anlage, gut gelegen, mit gutem Frühstück.
Pros:

Sehr sauber und gepflegte Hotelanlage, nachdem wir das Zimmer mit einem Zimmer mit „normalem“ Fenster gewechselt haben.

Cons:

Gar nicht gefallen hat uns, dass mit der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen wird, dass (je nach Zimmer) das Zimmer nur Dachfenster hat.

Chambre tres mal insonorisée
Nous avons demandé un changement de chambre suite à la chaleur etourdissante de la 1 ere (d apres l acceuil loi italienne interdiction de mettre Clim avant mai ) avec un puit de lumière sans ouverture
D abord refus puis changement pour une chambre PMR avec fenêtres où la ventilation nous a reveillee à 3 h du matin elle ne devait pas être au courant de la loi italienne

Pros:

La struttura è molto affascinante e molto curata. Il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale. Seppur dovessimo lasciare l'hotel e quindi il parcheggio alle ore 11:00, ci hanno consentito di lasciare l'auto anche il pomeriggio.

Cons:

L'unico neo del soggiorno è stata la prima colazione, non all'altezza della struttura. La parte calda (caffè, cappuccino ecc...) era a self service e purtroppo di pessima qualità. Sono presenti solo due macchine di cui una molto piccola e questo crea delle lunghe code di attesa, tenuto conto che gli ospiti sono più o meno 150. L'offerta della colazione tenuto conto anche dei prodotti dolci e salati la definirei da hotel business di livello medio. E' un vero peccato, in una struttura così raffinata e di charme mi sarei aspettata molta cura ed attenzione anche all'offerta della prima colazione.

Korkeatasoinen historiallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.
Pros:

Hotelli oli upea ja hyvällä paikalla. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli oikein maistuva. Uloskirjautuminen onnistui yöllä ja saimme pyynnöstä mukaan kattavan aamiaispaketin.

Bella struttura, soprattutto il bar con affreschi antichi di grande pregio. Comoda la posizione

Cons:

La colazione non è stata particolarmente buona. In particolare le brioche. Niente noci o nocciole. Non mi hanno avvisato che il parcheggio pubblico vicino all'albergo era carssimo rispetto a quello della struttura. Non ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli. Poco personale, seppur gentile.

Nice hotel, a few improvements needed
Pros:

Hotel as in a good location and largely looked quite nice on the outside. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy

Cons:

Rooms were boiling hot and the aircon can’t be turned on until May. It was impossible to sleep in the heat. Our first room also gave me the worst allergies (blocked nose, tickley throat, sneezing, asthma) so we asked to change the next evening. The second room was better but after a sleepless night it’s hard to enjoy. Breakfast was average and it’s strange you have to pay to use the spa

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The size of the bed, the shower, the location of the hotel, the bar and choice of drinks. Breakfast was satisfactory. The area the hotel was located in was generally quiet and the people friendly. The sound proofing in the room was excellent.

Cons:

The firmness of the bed, decor in room was a bit tired (marks on wall). That the air con is generally controlled, it was a bit too warm in the room for our liking.
