Sehr gute Lage. Gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Fühstück war höchstens durchschnittlich. Die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen war durchschnittlich; zeitweise waren mehrere Speisen oder Getränke nicht mehr verfügbar.

Pros:

Great location and ambience, immaculate room which was a good size with comfortable bed. Breakfast and lunch were both very good and I enjoyed sitting in the garden area. Beautifully renovated with historic touches left.

This hotel could be a gem in better hands, with a better style and vision
Pros:

The patio was nice but not well kept.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit of a disaster. In hot weather, tables in the patio were not prepared - guests basically needed to dress their tables all by themselves. Waitresses seemed to not be bothered by their duties at all. Service non-existent. One single coffee machine that everyone had to queue for. The food options choice were very poor. The price we paid for that level of service felt like a total rip off.

Einfach nur WOW! Tolles Hotel!

Unsere Räder wurden in einem Meetingraum abgestellt (theoretisch mit Lademöglichkeit).

Frühstück OK, Zimmer toll und sehr ruhig, ankommen und wohlfühlen. Jederzeit wieder!

Bergame est une belle ville ; l’hôtel n’est pas un palace
Pros:

Emplacement dans la ville basse de Bergame

Cons:

Personnel désagréable ; pas de climatisation dans la chambre en dépit d’une démarche auprès du personnel ( 30 degrés à l’extérieur); petit déjeuner industriel ;une cuisine dans la chambre !

Lage hervorragend um in die Altstadt zu kommen und Bergamo zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto.
