Beautiful hotel very well maintained with lovely original features complementing modern upgrades.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a nice quiet location, but still close to both the old town and the city centre. Decor really well-appointed throughout the hotel, very comfortable bed, lovely garden area for dining and post-dinner drinks.
Air-conditioning very welcome in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. A great stay in Bergamo.

Good value for money, clean and well placed to visit both old and new city.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with a variety of choice. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

We were aware that the hotel had spa facilities but inadvertently we thought there was a pool which was not the case. This was our misunderstanding.
