Gerne – hier ist eine kurze, positive Formulierung:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend und das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders schön sind der liebevoll gestaltete Innenhof und das Gebäude selbst, die zusammen eine ganz besondere und angenehme Atmosphäre schaffen.

Natürlich – ich würde es sachlich, aber deutlich formulieren:

Leider war das Frühstück dagegen eine große Enttäuschung und wird dem ansonsten schönen Haus nicht gerecht. Es gab kein frisches Obst, die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen war eher enttäuschend und selbst das Brot wurde nicht zuverlässig nachgefüllt. Insgesamt passt die Qualität und Auswahl des Frühstücks leider nicht zum Anspruch und zur besonderen Atmosphäre des Hauses.

Переночевать-да, но без завтрака. Здание с историей и хорошо отреставрировано.
Pros:

Понравилось само историческое здание, хорошо отреставрировано и красиво. Вкусные напитки в баре.

Cons:

Первое на что обращаешь внимание, это мини окно, которое не было на фото при бронировании. Но мы были проездом и это было не сильно важно. И конечно, очень скудный завтрак, невкусный кофе, завтрак абсолютно не стоит внимания.

Cons:

Audeur d'eaux usées dans les couloirs, emplacement très excentré de la vieille ville (ville haute), entrée du parking très étroite.
