Charming and beautiful.....very kind and generous staff.
Pros:

This is a superb hotel. It is absolutely beautiful. The staff are extraordinarily kind and helpful. This was the week of New Year's and the Winter Jazz Festival. There was a bar across from our window and the music went on until very late. We could hear it even with soundproof windows. The staff did everything possible, and, of course, it was one week with more noise than usual. They changed the room but did not have one off the street. One of the receptionists gave me his earplugs! So, if you stay during this week, ask for a room off the street! But really, this is an exceptional hotel and an exceptional staff. Would absolutely stay again.

just the inconvenience of the noise...which is only in this week!

Pros:

The property is a luxurious accommodation in the medieval town of Orvieto within a short walking distance to the duomo, restaurants serving Umbrian cuisine, local shops, and event centers for the the Umbrian winter jazz festival. The staff is superb. Rooms are exquisite. The restaurant is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever experienced.

Le design de l’hôtel et son emplacement
Nous étions les seuls clients de l’hôtel

Cons:

Au déjeuner recevoir une facture à signer avant même d’avoir reçu le plat à manger ( commander un œuf )
Au départ la femme de ménage attendait de l’autre côté de la porte avec ses gants latex qu’on sorte de la chambre sommes sortie à 10:30 Check out 11:00

新婚旅行とオルヴィエートのフォトウェディングで、こちらのホテルに泊まりました。メールでの細やかなやり取りと、到着してからも、わかりやすく施設内の説明をしてくれました。様々な相談にも対応して下さいました。スタッフの方、部屋も共有フロアも食事も全て完璧で居心地がとても良かったです。

Very good location in the center of Orvieto
Nice parking area close to the hotel and very central
Very nice room
Friendly staff - very helpfull, even took our luggage to the car !

Cons:
