Séjour à Milan

Sa situation centrale, proche du Dôme.

Cons:

Malgré un emplacement très central, notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant. L’établissement est extrêmement bruyant.

Personne à notre arrivée , nous avons dû revenir 1 heure plus tard et attendre afin qu’une personne daigne venir à la réception…
L’accueil laisse à désirer : peu chaleureux et peu professionnel. Nous avons notamment demandé une quittance pour le paiement de la nuit, qui nous a été refusée sans explication valable, ce qui est regrettable.

Étant pourtant des habitués de Milan, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel malgré sa situation géographique.

Non è un boutique hotel, nulla a che vedere
Non è nemmeno un hotel
Ma un affittacamere al terzo piano di un palazzo
Non ha servizio reception disponibile

La pulizia era evidentemente non fatta adeguatamente ( termosifoni e scrivania con evidente strato di polvere non recente )
I materassi non hanno nemmeno un copri materasso
La stanza all’arrivo era a 17 gradi e non si è riuscita a riscaldare
Tassa di soggiorno pagata e manco una ricevuta

Peccato perché la posizione è magnifica

Pros:

Hotel moderno, pulito degno di 3 o 4 stelle. Perfetto!

Cons:

Posizione ottima, macchina del caffè e mini bar in camera. Camera pulita e moderna.

Es war sehr toll
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe beim Duomo.
Für 2 Personen war unser Zimmer perfekt. Wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben.

Cons:

In der Toilette hat es leider keine Lüftung oder Fenster
