Schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage und komfortablen Zimmern
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt, geräumig und optisch ansprechend. Auch die Minibar war gut gefüllt und funktionierte einwandfrei. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Negativ war lediglich die Anreise bzw. das Auffinden des Hotels. Die Beschilderung und Erkennbarkeit vor Ort könnten verbessert werden, da das Hotel nur schwer zu finden ist.

Ne pas savoir que les chambres se situent dans une rue piétonne et au 3 étage
L'hôte nous a indiqué la présence d'un parking très très proche.
J'aurais aimé connaître le fonctionnement de la zone ZLC dans laquelle se trouve l'hôtel et le parking pour ne pas découvrir après coup que mon véhicule est autorisé à circuler dans la zone seulement les samedis et dimanches !

Located in the heart of Milano
Pros:

- Location, just a stone's throw away from the Duomo.
- Covered parking close by.

Cons:

- No free water bottles (there was a fridge, that was warmer than outside) with 500 ml bottles of water for 2€!!
- No breakfast
- Nobody at reception most of the day

I liked the location and the décor of the hotel. I would also like to mention Thomas, who welcomed us. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful.

Cons:

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell was unbearable, so I asked to be moved to another room, but I was told that no alternative was available. The staff member who came to the room with us acknowledged that the smell was unbearable, even in the bathroom.

We understand that situations like this can happen and that the hotel is not responsible for the behavior of previous guests. However, no solution was offered, and we were forced to spend the nights in those conditions. We were not offered a refund or any form of compensation, despite paying a significant amount for the room.

This was extremely disappointing. When guests pay a good price, they should not be expected to sleep in a room that smells so strongly of cigarette smoke without any attempt to resolve the issue.
