Vrai Eden, au calme
Pros:

L'emplacement au calme mais à 10 minutes en tuk tuk de l'agitation de Siem Reap, le personnel adorable et très aidant, le jardin et la piscine. Remerciements spéciaux à Chhun qui nous a vraiment fait passé un séjour extraordinaire et à Mr Map qui nous a transportés dans nos aventures autour de Siem Reap

Les lits sont fermes mais il semble que ce soit une norme au Cambodge 😅

L’hôtel est situé à 5 minutes de tout tout du Centre. Il est donc d’un calme absolu. La chambre était superbe et le personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable. À ne pas rater

Pros:

Not only is the hotel very beautiful, quiet and clean with spacious rooms and a lovely swimming pool, but the staff are truly exceptional. The manager Chhoun, the reception team, security and the wonderful ladies preparing breakfast were all incredibly kind and helpful. They even prepared a meal for me to take on the road. I highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

The gold star treatment.
Pros:

We felt like we received vip treatment by everyone at the hotel. Our experience exceeded our expectations. The grounds were spectacular, and the room was very beautifully designed. In addition, the food was exceptional, right down to the tapioca pudding at the end.

Cons:

We would have liked to have had hot water when we showered. We understand and agree of the lack of need for it to be for the toilet and sink and after a really hot day, a cool shower is just what is needed. But showering early in the morning to cold water can be rather uncomfortable.

Wunderschöne Anlage, große saubere Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal.
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums aber dadurch auch sehr ruhig.

Der Manager Mr. Chhoun ist ein stolzer Kambodschaner, der sich intensiv um seine Gäste kümmert.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

In unserer 4-monatigen Asien-Reise haben wir kein vergleichbares Hotel gefunden. Wirklich wunderschön und mit Liebe geführt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht ganz zentral liegt, haben wir in der Nähe tolle Restaurants gefunden. Wir können das Hotel jedem vom Herzen empfehlen.

A little gem, tucked slightly off the main road where it's easy to both explore the city and relax
Pros:

The welcome couldn't have been warmer. From the moment I arrived until I left, Chhoun and his team were attentive, friendly and thoughtful. Hotel was bright, modern and very comfortable. I travelled alone for work and felt that a discreet eye was kept to make sure I was okay. During the week, I had to leave before breakfast was served and the team insisted on making me a takeaway every morning. The weekend breakfast was a feast! The hotel sorted out my airport transfers and it was seamless and stress free.

Cons:

That I wasn't able to stay on for a holiday!
