Przesympatyczna obsługa, stylowy, ładny i pięknie wykończony, zaprojektowane wnętrza, zaraz przy centralnej częsci miasta, piękny basen oraz kameralny basen u góry na tarasie, sniadania z możliwością przygotowania i wyboru konkretnych dań z karty.

Cons:

Hotel podczas naszego pobytu był prawie pusty, dlatego obsługa powinna przydzialać pokoje zlokalizowane od strony basenu, dziedzińca hotelu. Dostaliśmy pokój z wejsciem od strony ulicy, co powodowało iż hałas przez drzwi wejsciowe był okropny. Pozatym sciany budynku są niezwykle cienkie. W pokoju obok do późnych godzin wieczornych ktos oglądał telewizje, wszystkie dialogi były bardzo słyszalne, nie mogliśmy wogóle zasnąc...

Pros:

Almost didnt want to review this hotel because I want to keep it a secret! Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in world wide.
The staff were amazing and its a gorgeous property.

Location is excellent, close enough to the action to walk but just far enough away to be quiet and have somewhere to come back to relax

Not what id hoped
Pros:

The hotel was nice but I think I would have had a better time with a regular room. I got one of the suites with its own private pool. The water was freezing and I never got in, there was also a lot of things floating in the water. The bed was also very dusty and made me itchy. Its almost as if nobody had rented that room in a while and the bedding wasnt changed in months. But the rooftop pool was beautiful. Definitely recommend this hotel if you get a regular room.

I would stay again on my next visit to Cambodia!
Pros:

The front desk staff was incredible helpful with booking tours, transportation and making recommendations on the area. They were so accommodating to all of our needs!

The room was also wonderful. Comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities.

We also loved the pool!

Cons:

Food and drink prices were a little high for the area.

A relaxing haven for solo travellers looking for a quiet place to stay.
Pros:

This is an oasis of a hotel in Siem Reap. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel arranged airport collection, drop-off and also a private tour of the temples with a guide and driver. I couldn't have been treated better! It was a full VIP experience. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent. The pool area was relaxing and another guest told me that the spa was great, although I didn't have time to try it. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
