This was probably one of my favourite places to stay and I have had some real favourites. The staff were super friendly and helpful ☺️. It was my son's 4th birthday and a Spiderman cake was delivered to our room by the staff which was truly special I can't thank them enough for that very sweet gesture 🙌. The rooftop pool was lovely to cool off and hotel food was delicious. If you want to venture out for local eats it's not far to walk. Pub ( beer ) street in 5 min walk. This room was spacious and clean . Lovely boutique hotel. Highly recommended.

Ubicación y atencion excelentes
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de Pib Street, River Market y en general de calles/mercados.
El personal excelente atención.
El desayuno fue a pago aparte opcional y precio/calidad muy bueno!

Cons:

Algunos detalles de la habitación muy mínimos como que faltan ganchos para toallas fuera de la ducha y que tenía un cartón en la muralla tapando algo. El resto super bien.

Wonderful staff! Great room & location!
Pros:

Outstanding staff! Always smiling and ready to assist. Our room was spacious, bright and very clean. Location was perfect for walkability. We would love to stay here again if given the opportunity to return to Siem Reap. Such lovely people!

Замечательный отель, всё рядом, в шаговой доступности. На крыше бассейн, на первом этаже завтраки, можно выбрать по меню. Отличные комнаты, хороший напор воды, кровать просто чудо. Персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный, все говорят на английском.Очень помогли нам с поездкой в аэропорт ранним утром. Могу смело порекомендовать этот отель.

Pros:

The facility was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, very close to the market and good restaurants. 24/7 laundry place across the road in front of the hotel.
The staff was polite and considerate, and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible.
We enjoyed their breakfast as well.

Cons:

We had a few issues about the booking. Their room listing on Booking.com was not correct - it was said the room is equipped with one bedroom and one separate living room with 3 beds, but actually there was no such room in this hotel. They eventually offered us an extra mattress, which was not exactly what we expected but we decided to settle there.

Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Wir sind bereits seit 3 Monaten unterwegs und hatten hier ein richtiges Gefühl von zu Hause sein. Wir haben 6 Nächte hier verbracht und alles war toll. Zimmer gross, schön und sauber. Smart TV mit Netflix und co. Tolles Badezimmer. Jeden Tag frisches Trinkwasser. Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und freundlich. Beim Frühstück kann man aus verschiedenen Gerichten auswählen (Amerikanisch bis Asiatisch), alle hervorragend und grosse Portionen. Die Lage hat uns auch sehr gefallen, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar, nebenan ist direkt ein Selfwash Salon und ein Kaffe, der wirklich guten und günstigen Kaffee serviert (Iced Latte USD 1.25). Die Dachterrasse ist ebenfalls ein Traum und der perfekte Ort nach einem vollen Tempel Tag 😉 Als Hotelgast geniesst man dort alles mit 10% Rabatt. Wir haben auch einmal dort gegessen und es war wirklich super und Preis/Leistung wie in vielen anderen Restaurants (Fisch Amok für USD 3.60). Obwohl nebenan ein grosses Hostel ist, war es sehr ruhig nachts.
