Great hotel. I'd gladly return next time I visit Siem Reap.

Geweldig hotel, zou hier een volgende keer gelijk weer naartoe gaan.

Geweldig dakterras. zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!

Cons:

Een punt van kritiek is de geluidsisolatie. Ik vroeg een rustige kamer en die heb ik feitelijk ook gekregen aan de achterkant. Het raam in de douche is echter een open verbinding dus geluid zal altijd binnenkomen en of er wel of geen geluidsisolatie is maakt dan niet uit. . Ik heb het idee dat er afspraken zijn in de omgeving want de muziek van het naast gelegen hostel werd iedere keer netjes rond 2130/2200 uitgezet.

Loved the staff, so friendly and helpful. So close to centre. Great pool. Just s lovely ambiance. The staff will go over and beyond to help.

Cons:

Need bigger towels for guests in rooms. But everything else, fabulous.

Pros:

The staff was great, the hotel had a boutique feel, but 5 Star service. The whole front desk staff was great especially Theara. It was like having a personal concierge. She helped with food suggestions, navigating the city, directions, booking taxi/tours. She was amazing!! Great stay, well maintained facility, location was near everything, and again the staff was friendly and attentive.

We enjoyed our experience with flying into Siem Reap from Saigon the hotel organised airport transfers and local tours day 1 by aircon car to Kam Plong Phluk visiting Asia biggest freshwater lake Day 2 by local VIP to Angkor Wat Tuk Tuk both including driver and very knowledgeable English speaking tour guide all organised effortless ly for us by the hotel, afternoons were the hotel rooftop bar and pool for sunsets.
