Bon établissement au service encore perfectible en cuisine. Très propre.

L'accueil à l'entrée, irréprochable.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner ne proposait plus de fruits lorsqu'il n'y en avait plus, nous n'en avons donc pas eu le dernier jour pour ma partenaire. Le service des plats étaient un peu long.

Pros:

Great stay. The hotel has a very good location and everything you need.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially Liza and Houy, who helped me extend my stay after I made a booking mistake. They also helped me reschedule my bus to the next day.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location is okay. 5 min by tuk tuk from center.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. They advertise a free pickup service, and although it was arranged in advance, no one showed up at the scheduled time. I tried contacting the hotel by phone and message for about 20 minutes with no response, which felt very unprofessional. Eventually, the pickup did arrive—but 20 minutes late and without any communication or explanation.
When I arrived at the hotel around 4 PM, my room still wasn’t ready, even though check-in is usually at 2 PM and they were aware of my arrival time. That added to the frustration after the pickup situation.
The room itself had several issues. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, there were bugs on the floor, and the shower only had cold water. On top of that, the AC remote had dead batteries, so I couldn’t turn it off and the room became freezing overnight. I didn’t feel like going to reception in the middle of the night to fix something that should have been checked beforehand.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor organization, and maintenance problems made this a very unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t recommend it unless these issues are seriously improved.

3 days in Siem Reap
Pros:

I've stayed here many times and the staff are what make it. They make you feel so welcome. Hotel is boutique style. Location is ideal as it's a short walk into the brilliant chaos of Pub Street. Amazing staff. Thank you, Vichea, Troheat Liza, Houy, Thib and Liza (the other Liza)

Cons:

Nothing really. It's value for money. Rooms are comfortable with antique furniture. No TV but that's a good thing. Gets you out of your room.

Pros:

The hotel and room were very nice. It was in a good location and fairly close to major attractions.

Cons:

On my second day I found cockroaches in the room. I requested a new room but was told they did not have any. They the sprayed the room with poison. That worked for about a day but the day after I saw small cockroaches again. I don't normally write reviews but I did want to call this out. Overall I would have really liked this stay if it wasn't for that.

Cons:

Definitely not a 4-star. Most reviews are fake. A lot of noise from a family with about 5 very loud local children who treated the hotel as tbeir private property. The staff appologised and gave me another room instead, saying there was nothing else they could do

Confort somaire, hotel vieillot et bruyant. La chambre était avec vue sur la piscine, mais le simple vitrage ne filtrant aucun son, j’ai eu tout les bruits de ceux qui profitaient de la piscine : enfants qui crient en jouant, ado qui s’amusent et adultes qui boivent ! Sans parler des bruits venant des chambres voisines... pas de calme

Quand nous sommes partis, nous avons réglé la facture sans regarder, ils nous ont facturé 15 dollars pour une consommation du matin que nous n'avons jamais prise, je leur ai envoyé 2 mails pour explication, je n'ai pas eu de réponse 🤔😁

Good Experience!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel loved our stay there !The Food was good and the afternoon tea was something else. We visit the Angkor National Museum. A very special place and certainly will have lovely memories of this.
