Pros:

Eine toll Lage. Ruhig obwohl sehr zentral. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend man bekommt frische Ei-Speisen und die Ausstattung sehr modern und sauber. Nur die Matratze war sehr hart, aber selbst dafür hatte das Personal sofort eine Lösung und hat mir einen weichen Topper aufgelegt. Wäsche Service in wenigen Stunden und super preiswert. Also ganz hervorragend.

Lovely hotel with staff that felt like family.
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to everything but quiet. Staff were amazing. Handy coffee shop next door and cheap laundry across the road.

Cons:

Rooftop pool got crowded with lack of seating but will be better after the rooftop bar opened

Can’t believe everything you see on the Internet is real
Pros:

The property was in a very nice location. It had access to a lot of things nearby.

Cons:

The room I stayed in, did not reflect any of the pictures that was posted on the website. It was old, the sheets were dirty, there were bugs that came in through the balcony door that was not sealed tightly. The soap bottles in the bathroom was not labeled probably. There was no toilet paper. The AC worked, but it leaked all over the floor when it was turned on.

地理位置超优越，出行吃饭都特别方便。房间干净整洁，床品柔软舒服，隔音效果也好，晚上特别安静。前台服务热情周到，办理入住退房很快，卫生打扫得很到位，性价比超高，下次来还选这家！

A due passi dal centro di Siem Reap
Pros:

Struttura pulita e ben tenuta, molto accogliente. All’ultimo piano si può usufruire della piscina, piccolina ma molto carina.
Camera molto grande e pulitissima, comprensiva di un piccolo balcone.
Offrono molti servizi extra come il noleggio delle bici, massaggi, cena apsara.
Staff estremamente gentile e sempre a disposizione.
Colazione dolce e salata con cuoco per preparare le uova fresche in omelette o frittata. Caffè e te, succhi di frutta; senza strafare ma completa.
Comodissima come posizione per raggiungere il centro ed i mercati, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge pub street

Hotellet ligger perfekt, tæt på det meste, så man nemt kan komme rundt.
Pros:

Et virkelig skønt hotelophold fra start til slut. Jeg har været her et par gange før, og det lever fuldt op til forventningerne hver gang.

Personalet er utroligt søde og imødekommende, og servicen er i top hele vejen igennem. Derudover er internettet hurtigt og stabilt, hvilket gør det nemt at arbejde uden problemer – et stort plus.

Hotellet ligger perfekt, tæt på det meste, så man nemt kan komme rundt. Værelserne og fællesområderne er desuden dejligt rene og velholdte, hvilket gør opholdet endnu mere behageligt.

Jeg vælger helt klart dette hotel igen næste gang. Kan varmt anbefales!

Great Hotel
Pros:

I really liked the hotel’s location and room. The hotel is wheelchair-friendly, which made it easy for me to get around the city using my wheelchair.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I stayed during the New Year period. The area was very crowded with people and vehicles, and some guests parked their cars in a way that blocked my wheelchair ramp. I recommend that hotel security monitor this more carefully

Exceptional value and staff
