Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Location was good but on a very busy road that you could hear from in the room

Cons:

Musty mouldy smell that comes from the bathroom. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. No lighting turned on in the hallways. Pool area very run down

Nice restaurant mostly nice staff but broken room won’t stay again.

The restaurant and the workers, the room looked nice

Cons:

The tub was half broke and no hot water wasn’t even warm. I checked out not even 24 hours after check in mostly for this reason when I did I got empty platitudes and charged 75 cents for a mini bar soda.

Il Siem Reap Riverview si trova in una posizione molto centrale, specie se si vuole uscire la sera. La suite è stupenda,

Lo staff si è mostrato estremamente disponibile sempre. La suite è molto bella, moderna e pulita.

Cons:

Inizialmente c’era stata assegnata una stanza un po’ vecchia (sicuramente non ristrutturata) e non era soprattutto quella che avevamo prenotato. Abbiamo dovuto insistere un pochino ma ci hanno assegnato il giorno dopo la stanza richiesta. Anche la piscina necessiterebbe una ristrutturazione anche se, comunque, carina.

Pros:

The staff is very welcoming and kind. This was our second time staying at the hotel, and they surprised us with a room upgrade. They were also very kind on the day of check-out, allowing us to use the pool and the other facilities of the residence without asking for any additional payment. We found everyone to be very welcoming and friendly.

Pros:

The room I booked was nice but wasn’t available for the first night . Pool looked nice but didn’t use

Cons:

Had to move rooms as the room booked not available on first night - apparently due to heavy rain?
A lot of construction noise from early morning both inside and outside - view from balcony on first night approx 5 metres from adjoining construction site
