Pros:

Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute de la moindre demande. Très bien situé.
Parking parfait pour la location d’une moto.

Cons:

Chambre mal isolée du bruit.
Certains carreaux de la piscine sont coupant et méritent d’être rénovés.

I have had an absolutely wonderful stay here and honestly could not be more satisfied. If I could give more than 10 points, I definitely would!

A special thank you to **Lisa, Lucy, Nary and Meas**. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming. They truly make you feel at home, and their smiles and positive attitude make such a big difference. In fact, one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay for much longer was because of the amazing staff and the atmosphere they create.

The location is perfect, making it very easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The breakfast is very good, and the food in general is excellent. Everything has been exactly what I was hoping for.

What really stands out, though, is the hospitality. You can have a beautiful hotel, a great location and good food, but it is the people who make a stay special — and the people here are truly exceptional.

I have felt very comfortable and very well taken care of throughout my stay. I genuinely don't want to leave!

**Highly recommended. I would happily stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with wonderful people. Thank you so much to the entire team, and especially Lisa, Lucy, Nary and Meas, for making my stay so enjoyable! ❤️**

Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y todo está muy limpio.
El personal es tremendamente amable, haciendo de tu estancia una delicia.

La única pega, para mi gusto, es que las almohadas son muy duras.

Pros:

The hotel was very good and very clean! The location was perfectly centralised, the staff was very helpful, always friendly respectful and trustworthy.

The food in the hotel was really top class.

We felt very comfortable during our stay and Maes was simply top class!

If someone should go to Siam Reap then I would recommend this hotel!

Pros:

The location is perfect and really good value for money. Staff are always helpful and accommodating of our requests

Cons:

Some hotel fittings are dated and need attention ex: fridge in our room is not working & have to be changed 2x, carpets along the corridor are not fixed in some areas & might cause tripping

If you want a nice location… And real friendly helpful staff I would recommend you stay here

The staff were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING..Always smiling and always a friendly hello and asking if you needed anything..

Elevator door didn’t close right but after the 3rd time usually stayed closed!!!

Amazingly friendly with great location

Very convenient stay, amazing location walkable, staff were so friendly and welcoming every time

Cons:

Tv in our room didn’t work on the first night, however staff were able to fix and provide a spare remote and fix the issue
