Rigtig godt hotel med rigtig hjælpsomt personale. Hyggelig atmosfære. God beliggenhed lige ned til floden. Super terrasse med liggestole og bord med udsigt over floden. Vi kunne desværre ikke bruge den, da det var for varmt.

Cons:

Super oplevelse indtil vi checkede ud, hvor blev præsenteret for en regning på 5 USD for en vandflaske, der var gået i stykker på værelset. Vi synes det er dårlig stil!

It was fine but there is definitely better in Siem Reap.
Pros:

Staff were kind and helpful. Convenient location. The breakfast was fine, nothing special. No fresh coffee. The pool was fine, enough room to swim some small laps and it seemed clean.

Cons:

Sadly it was not a very comfortable stay. The bed was not comfortable, it was noisy at night, and the floors did not feel clean. They provided slippers but they did not look clean.

Dated dark hotel overpriced for Siem reap but great location

Location was great but that’s about all I can say

Cons:

Our room was dirty hadn’t been cleaned or at least didn’t seem to have been, the safety deposit box was broken and when I asked he give me a wooden lockable box which you could just pick up and take away!?? Hotel is old tired and in need of modernising, I can’t believe for one minute the reviews are genuine we feel duped by booking.com and shouldn’t carry the Dusit name as we stayed at Dusit Krabi and it was out of this world!
