Great hotel! Rooms were clean and modernized! Exceptional staff that act like 5 star staff. Its an arts themed hotel that is funky nice! Fantastic bar with great music from a huge collection vynal records! Will definitely stay hear when back in Sofia!

Newly renovated within the past couple of years, well maintained, staff are helpful and friendly, good location to walk to many of the museums and other attractions, overall great experience staying here.

Great location, easy walking to the boulevard, bar and as a little quiet but we didn’t mind, they did play some questionable tavern music, but did change on request, the bistro was closed all weekend but we didn’t need it, room was great, with tea coffee at complementary water. We would recommend and visit again.

For a week’s stay or any other stay longer than one day, the place doesn't provide water bottles in the ro. The first (and the only day), you get a bottle of 350 ml size. Never before and never after!

The hotel was excellent. I stayed in 7 hotels this week and this was the best one by far. Breakfast great, quiet, walkable, comfortable. I was impressed and the value was excellent.

Questo albergo è veramente una perla.
Prezzo molto economico per una stanza matrimoniale (con possibilità di un terzo letto) ad Agosto per 5 notti con colazione inclusa.
Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da tutto: camera sufficientemente spaziosa con arredi nuovi, originali e molto moderni; bagno con una grande doccia e molto pulito; aria condizionata ed insonorizzazione della camera efficientissima; letto molto comodo con la possibilità di scegliere dei cuscini di diversa fattura.
Ma sopratutto il servizio è stato molto soddisfacente: tutto il personale è stato molto cordiale e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra necessità o richiesta.
Particolare è la presenza di un bar al piano inferiore con serate a tema diverso ogni giorno e di una galleria d'arte che ospita mostre periodiche. Inoltre tutta la struttura è impreziosita da opere d'arte, anche nelle singole stanze.
Di non poco conto la posizione strategica della struttura situata in pieno centro e vicinissima alla fermata della metro Serdika, che collega direttamente con l'aeroporto.
Insomma un posto giovane e giovanile in cui ci si sente ben accolti.
Consigliato vivamente.

I stayed in a double room on the top floor which was beautifully decorated with art work, including the cushions. It had a fridge and kettle. The free bottle of local wine was a welcome addition. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a good location, 5 minute from the underground and no more than 20 minute to walk to all major tourist attractions. I would definitely stay again if I went back to Sofia.

Bed was very comfortable. There was a quirky,lovely turquoise armchair that l particularky liked and the room was large and had good natural light that an artist would appreciate.

Tutto bene. Qualche capello lungo nella docia che si poteva evitare.
Personale molto gentile.

Easy 1 dollar ride on Metro from airport, easy walk to hotel from Metro station, near center of town but tucked away on a quiet , neighborhood street with a huge farmers market a couple of blocks away.Breakfast buffet is timely served and immense and delicious. WONDERFUL experience altogether

In front of hotel garbage bins with smelling all over the street. Room designed for 2 separated individuals, not for couples. The toiletry items were not provided enough.

We had a lovely attic room, large and with a balcony. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the whole thing was great value for money
