Loved staying here, would happily come back. Owner was so wonderful and helpf
Pros:

The location was perfect, balcony had amazing views and property was clean.

Cons:

Decor was tacky for my taste and the glass bathroom is both difficult from a privacy point of view as it's right next to the bed and the shower soaks up the entire bathroom and it stays wet for hours. Not the best set up.

Great little terrace to watch the sunrise! The owner is very chill and allowed us to check out late to stay on the beach a little longer :)

Exceptional
Pros:

Exceptional location in the Old Town Sozopol next to all venues of the enchanting Apollonia Arts Festival. We will always remember the sea view and the sun rising seen in all its splendour from the terrace. The owner was always polite, always available, offering service and care far and beyond what is expected. However, the star of the house was of course the lovely cat Mimi! We will miss them and definitely come back.

Pros:

Location is great and balcony views are amazing. The beds are comfortable and all extra amenities are available, as well as beachside breakfast, which was great. The rooms are not the cleanest.

Cafeaua si ceaiurile sunt din partea casei. Micul dejun se serveste la un local situat pe plajă, in apropiere, puteti să alegeti doar un singur fel de mâncare din meniu. Există parcare cu taxâ la 10 minute de mers pe jos, 24 leva/ 24 ore.

Ospitalitatea gazdei , pozitionarea chiar in orasul vechi , vederea la mare care este fabuloasa.Micul dejun ok acum depinde de fiecare ce standarde are pentru noi a fost suficient.Recomandam Ginny kitchen nu numai pentru micul dejun si pentru celelalte mese ale zilei , preparate gustoase si proaspete , personal super amabil .
