Locația extraordinară, personal foarte amabil, iar mic dejunul a fost fabulos, cu multe feluri de mâncare, sucuri naturale și fructe. Curățenie zilnică impecabilă. Sigur voi alege această locație și data viitoare când vin în Cluj!

ciasna kabina prysznicowa, brak haczyków do powieszenia rzeczy w łazience. Mały stolik w pokoju - raczej nie przystosowany do pracy. Słabe oświetlenie w pokoju. Przydatny byłby czajnik elektryczny
La literie est très bien. La chambre est très agréable et grande. Les produits rituals sont appréciables. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. L emplacement est bon. Personnel très bien. Vraiment très bonne adresse.

Am ales pentru a șasea oară Hotel Cristal din Cluj și, de fiecare dată, revin cu aceeași bucurie. Este locul în care știu că găsesc curățenie impecabilă, oameni amabili și o atmosferă care te face să te simți binevenit.
De la primire până la plecare, totul este făcut cu grijă și profesionalism. Micul dejun este variat și foarte gustos, iar confortul camerelor îți oferă exact liniștea de care ai nevoie după o zi plină.
Pentru mine, nu mai este doar un hotel, ci un loc în care revin cu încredere, de fiecare dată când ajung în Cluj.

We stayed here before and all it was great, quiet, clean, good breakfast.
But now there was a party in the small restaurant downstairs and the music was loud, we could hear it from the third floor Even though in Romania it is against the law to listen to music loudly after 10 PM, they continued until 12-12.30 AM. I don't think I will come back, unfortunately.
The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was very polite and helpful.
Unfortunately, breakfast on the first day was cold sausages. The next morning's breakfast was very good. The restaurant is temporarily closed and only serves hotel breakfasts.
