Сразу при заселении поменяли номер на улучшенный, сказали что их мало берут, поэтому решили сделать промо для меня. Бассейн небольшой, местами потрескавшаяся плитка. Лежаки удобные, есть пепельницы. Завтрак достаточно разнообразный для проживания на несколько дней.
Улучшенный номер очень большой! Кровать настоящий king size, достаточно мягкий матрас. Большой балкон. Кондиционер работал отлично. Ребята на ресепшн всегда стремились помочь решить любой вопрос.
Также пользовался услугами laundry. Отстирали футболку от следов падения с мопеда, а это черная грязь с асфальта!

Cons:

Расположение удобное с точки зрения поездок до Ангкор вата и разных кафешек и ресторанов в Сиемрипе, но без мопеда тут тяжело. По соседству нет ничего

The food and drinks are quite expensive compared to most other places... And the WiFi performance could be better...

Quiet oasis outside of the busy main areas
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the pool was amazing, the staff were very kind and professional. Breakfast was good with options, we had dinner there once, and it was also good. The cocktails at the pool were yummy! Kaen our server at breakfast was really sweet.

Cons:

The location was a bit out of the way, at the same time, I didn’t mind how quiet and peaceful the area was.

In der Realität entspricht das Hotel definitiv nicht mehr der Qualität wie auf den Bildern. Hatte 3 Zimmer in allen Kategorien gebucht. Wände bröckeln ab, Warmwasser - wenn überhaupt - nach 10-15 Minuten erst warm. Kein Kühlschrank (2 von 3 Zimmern), bei vorhandenem Kühlschrank keine Getränke - Preisliste jedoch vorhanden. Safe erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen Schlüssel erhalten. Betten zT mit uralten durchgehangenen Matratzen. Staff an Rezeption freundlich aber nicht kompetent.

Sehr geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer (Kühlschrank, Kettle) - ein stilvolles gestaltetes Bad mit Granitbadewanne. Es gibt einen täglichen Zimmerservice. Das Frühstück im hauseigenen Restaurant ist vielfältig und wirklich üppig. Nach einem heißen AngkorWat Tag kann man wunderbar in und am Pool entspannen. Das junge Personal (insbesondere an der Rezeption) darf nicht unerwähnt bleiben: sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
