Hotel from hell
Pros:

This was a complete waste of money and time.1 they had no staff other than the manager and a so called cook
The rooms were not clean the smoke alarms did not work and the door locks wouldn’t lock. The beds were grubby and needed changing no clean sheets the food served was not up to standard the manager said he had lost his staff before we arrived they all took Christmas holidays entertainment was a pool table we had to rely on trips to the main Santa Claus village on a 140 kilometre round trip and we were time restricted The trips cost us over 200 euros daily. We ended up leaving after 3 and a half days booking up an apartment near the main thoroughfare at a cost of 800 euros it saved our sanity and our disabled daughter and managed to do the things we wanted
The facilities at arctic magic should have had a spa and sauna none of these worked
How did you ad a company put this hotel on your system is beyond us we will be looking to claim back a substantial amount of money for this holiday My wife had suffered bites to her legs and thought it was DVD
But looks like bed bugs. Our itinerary number is 72050644585954.
