The hotel was immaculately clean. Hot water with great pressure. The pool was nice and refreshing
Clean and modern, Kampot is so small almost anywhere is convenient. My only warning is a lack of power outlets near the desk. After changing rooms and providing an extension cord this was easily solved, but initially I was told to string a cord across the first room (right across the entrance), which would have also eliminated the solo outlet for the refrigerator. Glad they worked with me

Cafards dans le lit dès le premier soir.
Une seule prise dans la chambre donc très peu pratique lorsqu’on est deux.
Aucune prise à proximité du frigo, nous avons dû déplacer le frigo en plein milieu de la chambre pour pouvoir le brancher et le faire fonctionner. Il y a bien une ralonge mise à disposition dans la chambre mais cette dernière n’est pas compatible avec le prise du frigo.
Pas très propre nous avons également retrouvé des faux cils collés sur les toilettes.
L’établissement est relativement refait à neuf, malgré quelques amélioration à suggérer, notamment concernant le double vitrage, (on entendait des bruits de chauve-souris assez forts) ainsi que les voisins bruyants de la chambre qui parlaient très fort dans le couloir. L’emplacement de l’hôtel permet de se déplacer dans la ville à pied et de se rendre dans les principaux sites d’intérêt, pas mal d’options, de restauration à distance de marche, rien à dire sur la propreté de l’hôtel, un petit regret concernant le fait que le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais et donc ne peut pas assister pour les visites dans la ville.
A lovely, clean and comfortable room in a great location.
Staff were so welcoming when we arrived, and very helpful throughout. We were leaving late so they helped with storing bags and using the shower before leaving.
It's a shame the cafe doesn't serve food

The hotel must have been recently built as everything is new. Staff are nice and the hotel location is good - a nice 5 min walk into town from a quieter location.
The pool was nice, even though it was small. Would have been nice to have somewhere to lay out. The effort by the night receptionist was exceptional - trying to solve our air conditioning problems.
The way the accounts department/management handle issues. Our first night we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in room 205, the night receptionist fixed it both times.
On the second night – the air conditioning unit had issues again (twice), the night receptionist – couldn’t fix it, we finally asked to move rooms (11pm) and were given a smaller room at first, after several conversations finally given a slightly bigger room that night – Room 201. We were then moved the following morning to room 305 (same size as 205) as 201 was booked.
Night three the gas on the air conditioner unit ran out (room 305) again after several conversations at 3am - we got moved to room 201 – obviously they did not want to give us a slightly bigger room, as it was still empty and was lying about the room being booked.
We would stay again. It was clean and in a good spot to walk around.

Seul petit bémol, pas de double vitrage à ma chambre, le champs du coq au petit matin pas terrible sans boulquiès 😅
