部屋に入ってトコジラミチェックをしたところ、トコジラミがいました。
即部屋交換で対応してもらい無事でしたが、部屋の清潔さに疑問を感じました。

The room was nice and the staff all very friendly..there was no coffee, no fridge and no hair dryer in the room..but it was clean and i cud put my can of beer in fridge downstairs. We had a great breakfast wigh cold coffee in the small store a ross fromhotel and very cheap price

Pros:

Nice basic hotel, only stayed for two nights. No complaints, just bed was a bit harder than I prefer. Only 15 minute walk from S21 Genocide Museum.

Pros:

It's a nice and simple place to stay for couple of nights. The mattresses were perfect, not too firm not too soft. It was clean. Internet wifi signal was good, speed was fine for Cambodia ( around 40 Mbps). We slept very well, the staff was professional and friendly. There are some markets around, also Olympic mall is near, they have a good grocery shop on the first floor with some cheap soju alcohol and ice cream. There is also cinema on the last floor.

Pros:

It is a nice motel, clean and has a friendly staff, also has a security guard out front 24/7.
It is hard to get to other places only 2 kilometers away, I had to have the directions on my phone to show the drivers, and it was only a 10 minute or less drive.

Great place and William’s service
Pros:

The cost, quality of the room and location was a massive bonus. The service from William at the front desk needs extra mentioning because he went above and beyond to service me and give comfort when I needed to wait for my late night bus trip to Siem Reap. There are many reasons I would stay again, e.g price and location, however Williams service is the definite reason I would stay again.
