I stayed at Grand Yard La Residence for one night with my friend, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make sure my friend and me myself felt comfortable, supported, and cared for. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay incredibly meaningful.

The hotel itself is beautiful—peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and immaculately maintained. It feels like a little oasis after a day exploring Siem Reap.

A special thank you to the hotel team who was friendly, gracious and a wonderful host.

I would choose the hotel again
Pros:

Nicely decorated rooms, new and clean. Terrace right in front of the pool (cabana with pool access). I liked the breakfast area, comfortable to stay, ordered from the menu. Good food for reasonable prices. Close to downtown, about 1 USD by Tuktuk

Cons:

It’s not what I would call a 5 star hotel, facilities are more like 4 stars maybe. The pool area is squeezed in between buildings, water could be cleaner, no gym.

お値段控えめで素敵な部屋に泊まれます。カンボジア滞在中にスマホを落として壊してしまい大変困っていたのですが、フロントにいた少年が深夜にもかかわらずとても親身になって一緒に対策を考えてくれました。ありがとう！
During my stay, I dropped my phone and broke it, which put me in a really difficult situation. However, the young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Even though it was late at night, he kindly listened to my problem and went out of his way to help me find a solution. I can’t thank him enough for his support!

Pros:

Fantastic staff, Justin and his team are very accommodating. Beautiful room by the pool.

Cons:

The pool doesn't have a great deal of sun and the rooftop bar was out of action which is a shame.

Das Frühstück a la carte ist hervorragend, das Buffet lässt zu wünschen übrig. Aber das ist nur ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt.
