Pros:

お値段控えめで素敵な部屋に泊まれます。カンボジア滞在中にスマホを落として壊してしまい大変困っていたのですが、フロントにいた少年が深夜にもかかわらずとても親身になって一緒に対策を考えてくれました。ありがとう！
During my stay, I dropped my phone and broke it, which put me in a really difficult situation. However, the young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Even though it was late at night, he kindly listened to my problem and went out of his way to help me find a solution. I can’t thank him enough for his support!

Luxury room
Pros:

Fantastic staff, Justin and his team are very accommodating. Beautiful room by the pool.

Cons:

The pool doesn't have a great deal of sun and the rooftop bar was out of action which is a shame.

Ein neues Hotel,sehr große Zimmer,sehr nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter.
Das Frühstück a la carte ist hervorragend, das Buffet lässt zu wünschen übrig. Aber das ist nur ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt.

Die Mitarbeiter/innen der Rezeption und das gesamte Personal waren exceptionell freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig. Die Matratzen hervorragend hart. Der Pool mit Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein, z. B. nach einem 8 Stunden Angkor Wat Besuch.

Nehmen Sie Frühstück a la carte.

Besonders war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Justin und Frl. Pahang an der Rezeption. Aber auch der restliche Staff war sehr freundlich.
Die Ausstattung und die Anlage inklusive Pool waren sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet für 8 $ war etwas mager und verbesserungswürdig. Frühstück a la carte dagegen hervorragend.

Good, but let down by food and drink
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the rooms were big, and clean.

Cons:

The restaurant, bar and food let the hotel down. The breakfast was the poorest weve had in 3 months of travelling. It was al a carte so should have been much better. For instance, the hollandaise for the eggs benedict was raw egg yolk with lemon juice and complety inedible. We never ate once in the restaurant, other than breakfast ( nor saw anyone else). On our final day the breakfast switched to a buffet (presumably as it had got busier) but when we got there at 8am, it had already been ransacked, and hadnt been replenished. The coffee was also cold. My daughter tried to get water from a water dispenser and black bits came out. The staff got her water from elsewhere but left the water dispenser in situe, despite it not being clean. The cocktails from the bar were also poor quality (for instance a mojiti with no mint). We also asked for a glass of wine on our first day but were told they had ran out. They had also still run out by our last day. We could see they had wine, but suspect they didn't want to open a bottle incase the rest was spoiled and would have happily sold as a whole bottle. We can understand this, but its a hotel, and it has wine by the glass on its drinks menu. The hotel is pretty good, but severely let down by its restaurant and bar. Also the hotel laundry charge is $1 per item. There is a serviced laundry in the building next door that does $1/kg including ironing. $3/kg if you want your laundry done within 3 hours.

An amazing gem in a city full of wonder
Pros:

The staff were amazing. They were very helpful and were always there to greet us, every time we entered or exited the hotel. Booked the deluxe twin room with pool view and it was spacious and comfortable. The whole family (2 boys and wife) loved the pool and enjoyed it after a hot day exploring Siem Reap. And the location was great. Far enough from the bustling noise of pub street but close enough (3-4 min remorque ride away) to get to and enjoy. Not to mention that it’s close to a variety of different restaurants, including ones that serve French pastries and western foods, which lots of tourists flocked to.
Thank you everyone at Grand Yard La Residence for being so welcoming and making our stay a memorable one.
Will definitely come back the next time we visit Siem Reap!

Pros:

We had a wonderful week at this lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, tastefully decorated, as was the entire hotel, and the beds were perfectly comfortable for relaxing after many excursions. The bathroom was modern, and the toilet was in a separate room.
The hotel's location was perfect for us—not directly in the center, but easily accessible on foot or quickly and cheaply by tuk-tuk. There were many cafes and restaurants, a night market, street food, and wellness massages nearby.

Suburb 😍😍
Pros:

Its nice and very clean, big room that can fit my family of 4. And my kids like 12 and 18. 😊 The best thing they have separated toilet from showers. Staffs very friendly and so kind, they willing to help in anyway. Thanks oun Panha.

Nice modern hotel in central Siem Reap
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Tea kettle and fridge in every room
Comfortable beds
15min walk from the river and markets, but the street is not noisy and no noisy meighbours
Swimming pool decent to chill off
Beautiful shady courtyard
Helpful staff

Cons:

The small snag is breakfast - be prepared to wait 30min when not served as a buffet, and buffet is not very varied. But let's be frank - it is not an issue
