General room setup and room cleaness, excellent laundty service

Cons:

The shower was disgusting as drainage was partially blocked.
When I have extended my stay for one more night, the were no room cleaning and no water and toilet paper suplied untill asking the reception.

Le rooftop est magnifique et on y mange très bien , le personnel et le directeur très gentil
La piscine est super top

Le quartier est animé

Cons:

Un bémol pour la salle de sport trop petite
Tarif est un peu cher pour la concurrence autour
Salle de bain petite
Pas de miroir en face du lavabo ..pour se raser c'est moins pratique

Very refreshing and comfortable after roughing it for a while
Pros:

The Skybar was amazing the view and the food and Cocktails were fantastic
We also had massages that were amazing
It was clean which was lovely after a day out on the streets

Cons:

The pool didn’t get enough sunlight

An amazing warm welcome and attention to detail is a great feature of this hotel I would never get such a high level of

It was in a good location for me as I had been ill and in the hospital next door
The facilities are excellent especially the restaurant and spa facilities
The room spacious light and airy with good air con
The most important features of this hotel are its staff from the hotel manager who is always visible and talking with guests, the guest experience manager Natalie is exceptional as is the restaurant manager plus everyone I came into contact with
I was shown so much kindness and support at times it was overwhelming I needed a lot of help at first nothing was ever too much trouble

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the
Glass door arrangement which is not floor to ceiling in the bathroom so a lack of privacy

This hotel definitely does the job. I enjoyed it.
Pros:

Breakfast is ok. Location is fine. Employees are fantastic. Hotel is clean, new and comfortable. Rooftop is nice with a delicious kitchen.

Cons:

Possibly the breakfast, but I might be picky.

New hotel, tall, clean, well designed and laid out - rooms are well sized, modern, comfortable bed, location is reasonable, no issues with traffic noise.
