Pros:

I normally like accor and Novotel but this one's not great at all. Room stank of smoke. Bad breakfast and machine coffee

Cons:

The breakfast was uninspiring. Nothing decent at all to eat. Eggs , some lettuce ,.some.soup.

We were upgraded to the Deluxe room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. The room spacious enough for 3 adults, it’s modern and very clean.

Great stay overall—the location is very convenient and easy to access. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable.

Cons:

I'm surprised that a 5-star hotel doesn't include a shower cap, which was a bit inconvenient. The room was also slightly limited in space.
