Very refreshing and comfortable after roughing it for a while
Pros:

The Skybar was amazing the view and the food and Cocktails were fantastic
We also had massages that were amazing
It was clean which was lovely after a day out on the streets

Cons:

The pool didn’t get enough sunlight

An amazing warm welcome and attention to detail is a great feature of this hotel I would never get such a high level of

It was in a good location for me as I had been ill and in the hospital next door
The facilities are excellent especially the restaurant and spa facilities
The room spacious light and airy with good air con
The most important features of this hotel are its staff from the hotel manager who is always visible and talking with guests, the guest experience manager Natalie is exceptional as is the restaurant manager plus everyone I came into contact with
I was shown so much kindness and support at times it was overwhelming I needed a lot of help at first nothing was ever too much trouble

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the
Glass door arrangement which is not floor to ceiling in the bathroom so a lack of privacy

This hotel definitely does the job. I enjoyed it.
Pros:

Breakfast is ok. Location is fine. Employees are fantastic. Hotel is clean, new and comfortable. Rooftop is nice with a delicious kitchen.

Cons:

Possibly the breakfast, but I might be picky.

Great hotel, recommended for business and tourist travelers.
Pros:

New hotel, tall, clean, well designed and laid out - rooms are well sized, modern, comfortable bed, location is reasonable, no issues with traffic noise.

Cons:

À chaque fois que je prendre ma douche, l'eau déborde jusqu'au plancher de la chambre à coucher, ce qui est me dérange quand je dois utiliser le lavabo après.

The best of all if there weren’t any loud music party. Please lower down your music
Pros:

The stuffs are all kind friendly and helpful. The facilities are brand new modern and the mattresses are comfortable. The location is great.

Cons:

I stayed there on countdown day to year 2026 on the 23rd floor which is above the sky bar and the party was so loud people were so crowdy. I could hear the music clearly and the sound vibrant shook my room floor and mirror until 12pm but voices were still there and finally the party ended at 1am so that I could sleep.
