Oikein hieno paikka ja Saanakin mukavasti vieressä.
Pros:

Huone oli erittäin tyylikäs, moderni ja hyvin toimiva. Sängyt olivat hyvät ja maisemat myös. Erinomainen aamiainen! Saana vieressä oli erittäin hyvä lisä.

Cons:

Oma ravintola voisi olla kiva, mutta lähellä on ravintolatarjontaa kyllä hyvin.

Pros:

The resort is unique and exceptional, offering direct access to the lake right from the room. The grounds feature lawns, flowers, and a pétanque court. The room itself is smart, comfortable, and inviting. The staff did their utmost to accommodate our requests. It might be worth adding another waiter at breakfast, for instance, to keep the pleasant buffet stocked, as it tended to run low by 9:00 AM.

Upea paikka, huone ja näköala. Aamiainen oli ok, tila hyvin pieni. Siisteystaso hyvä. Saanassa maittava ruoka ja sänky mukava nukkua.

Cons:

Ottaen huomioon tyyriin hinnan oli pari asiaa, jotka harmittivat. Ennen tuloa lähetettyihin oleellisiin kysymyksiin ei vastattu, joten soitin ja saimme sitten kaiken lisäksi virheellistä tietoa, joka olisi voinut olla iso moka jos emme olisi olleet itse tarkkana. Työntekijä antoi myös yhteystietonsa, jos respan sulkemisen jälkeen tulisi ongelmia, lupasi katsoa puhelintaan mutta kysymykseen ei sitten kuitenkaan vastattu. Ylipäätään henkilökunta ei oikein osannut vastata kysymyksiin/antaa tietoa, mikä oli erikoista. Samoin infomapissa huoneessa, kotisivuilla ja henkilökunnan kertomana moni tieto täysin toisistaan ristiriidassa, mikä hämmentävää.

Keli oli harmillisen huono, mikä ei tietenkään resortin vika mutta sitten telkkarin kaukosäädin ei toiminut ollenkaan, ei voinut edes leffaa katsoa. Säädin oli ladattava, mutta latauksesta huolimatta ei toiminut. Tämä tuöidi varmistaa, ennen asiakkaan saapumista. Kaikki aktiviteetit maksavat erikseen, paitsi veneen ja suppilaudan käyttö, mitä ei kerrottu, mutta onneksi oltiin itse bongattu netistä. Fisuravintolan ruoka oli maukasta! Harmillisesti spa:ssa ei ollut kaikki altaat käytössä.

Yöllä unta harmillisesti häiritsi kova basson jytä ja musiikki. Tyynyt olivat yllättävän epämukavat mutta sänky mukava. Alimmat portaat (3 veden alla) järveen olivat todella liukkaat, tästä voisi olla hyvä varoittaa. Mukava lisä voisi myös olla vesimittari, että näkee veden lämpötilan.

Kaiken kaikkiaan hieno paikka, mutta parantamisen varaa ehdottomasti hintaan nähden! Varsinkin kun harvinaista, että pääsee yöksi lapsivapaalle, on ajomatkaa, viettää hääpäivää (mitä ei mitenkään huomioitu, yleensä mukava lisä) niin toivoisi että kaikki sujuu mukavasti.

Belle chambre avec vue sur le lac. Confortable, avec les volets qui s'ouvrent en entrant. La télé est connectée mais inutilisable si on n'a pas nos codes.

Cons:

L'hôtel est isolé et comme il ne faisait pas beau nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner. Pour le prix, un sauna dans la chambre aurait été bienvenu. Nous avons trouvé que c'était cher pour les prestations.
