Pros:

Хорошее расположении. Рядом с морем. Персонал приветливый, говорит на Английском. Завтраки вполне нормальные.

Cons:

За 5 дней пребывания уборка в номере была один раз. Банных полотенец в номере не было. Было одно маленькое полотенце, которое не разу не заменили. Не было мусорки в номере.
Не было питьевой воды в номере.
Ни чайника, ни фена, ни утюга в номере так же не было.

"Horizont hotels"
Cons:

The room was very dirty
Someone smoke in the room before our arrival
And pillows has very bad smell, the sofa looks like someone turned down his cigarette and made big stain.
The breakfast was very poor, they not reunion the food even it was only 08:30 am..
The elevator was very crowd and some of the housekeeping lady asks us "when you going to c/o because I want to clean the room?"
That very rude question because we pay to the hotel about our stay and not for the housekeeping lady.
We also don't like the idea of the hotel that he has to put bracelets for the guests for the bb ( it's not 7 stars hotel -all inclusive).

Péssima comida e localização
Pros:

fomos bem recepcionados. O hotel tem uma estrutura magnífica, muito bonito e limpo. Porém, há vários pontos negativos: alguns não são culpa do hotel, mas outros precisam ser melhorados.

Cons:

O hotel foi construído no meio dos prédios, e os prédios em volta tampam o sol da piscina. Depois das 16 horas já não há mais sol. Fica próximo da praia. Além disso, a região em volta do hotel é muito feia, com muito lixo. Eles deveriam pedir à prefeitura para limpar as ruas, pois isso dá um péssimo aspecto.

Mas o que mais me decepcionou nesse hotel foi a comida: é horrível! Infelizmente escolhi jantar no hotel, que oferecia buffet, mas a comida era muito ruim e com poucas opções. O arroz tinha um gosto estranho, a massa era simples, e o frango, quando cheguei, tinha apenas uns cinco pedaços — logo acabou. Meu namorado perguntou se iriam repor e colocaram apenas hambúrgueres congelados, horríveis.

Havia um grupo muito grande de adolescentes poloneses hospedados, e eu pensei que o café da manhã seria melhor, mas também era muito fraco: poucas opções, bem pobre. Esse hotel não merece as estrelas que tem; quem as concedeu fez um péssimo trabalho.

A internet também era péssima: lenta e com pouquíssimo sinal no 8º andar.

Eles precisam melhorar muito!

Tal como lo ponían algunos comentarios, nuestra habitación estaba muy bien equipada, camas grandes y cómodas. El recinto con su piscina está muy bien, así como el desayuno....no entiendo las quejas en algunos comentarios antes del viaje.

Cons:

La zona, ves chabolas alrededor, pero se ve que tienen a su cargo aparcacoches y gente de la zona para que no pase nada.

Pros:

Pohvale za osoblje koje je mlado i vrijedno. Problem sa sobom riješen u kratkom periodu.

Cons:

U vrijeme sezone nedovoljan broj ležaljki oko bazena.
Gospodin koji pomaže u parkiranju ispred hotela ukoliko je dio uposlenika trebao bi biti odjeven kao i ostali uposlenici, pričati neki strani jezik.

Hotel nuovo ma poco pulito
Pros:

La struttura è nuova dotata di una bella piscina e la posizione non è male

Cons:

Il servizio di pulizia non è per niente buono, si cinque giorni di pernotto tre giorni la camera non ci è stata pulita e ogni volta dimenticano qualcosa, lenzuola asciugamani e carta igienica. Nonostante noi abbiamo segnalato sempre alla reception

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner (organisation catastrophique), pas de verre, pas de couverts dispo car les employés discutent avec les demoiselles au lieu de travailler.
Le café est inexistant.
La femme de ménage toque à 8h30 pour venir nettoyer la chambre et vite finir sa journée alors qu’en vacances en aimerait faire une grasse matinée.

Nice, cheap, clean but didn’t think the food was worth it.
Pros:

It’s a great location and is a couple minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.

Cons:

We added on the all inclusive option as it was pretty cheap- however wish we hadn’t as there wasn’t much variety in food and Durres has so many great restaurants at such great prices along the beach!
