My stay was overall good.
Pros:

The room was very cozy and quiet. Cliff side was beautiful. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Improper communication as it related to cost. There were fees not included on the website so the stay cost more than expected. I was also told breakfast would be complimentary, but was asked to pay and there was no explanation offered as to why.

Excellent accommodation and location. Breakfast was lovely.
Pros:

The property was in a fantastic location. The views were amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

My only issue with property was a small issue with the shower. Where it was placed was a bit cumbersome to manipulate.

Pros:

very unclean property with faulty plumbing and no running water in bathrooms. guest must request running water prior to using bathroom. pictures are dated so expect to be afully disappointed

Its was no good they dont have water, it was on and off and the next morning i couldn't brush my tooth because no water amd breakfast finish by the time i get water

The Begona was absolutely amazing. The views are incredible, the staff were all absolutely lovely, Chefs food was very good, and the rooms were some of the cleanest I have ever seen.

It was comfortable, convenient and served the purpose of relaxation for a day.
Pros:

I loved the location because the view was beautiful.

Cons:

We didn’t get to use the pool because it wasn’t clean. That was disappointing as we were looking forward to it.

Pros:

We enjoyed everything but the best part was the customer service from KELLY!!!! He is a great worker and a great person overall, he made our trip EXTRAORDINARY and we will definitely be back soon soon (hope he’ll be there when we return)….. BIG UP YOURSELF KELLY!!! 🫶🏻😊
