Schickes Hotel in guter Lage mit Abstrichen beim Personal und Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel ist unweit vom Meer. Mitten in der Restaurants/ Geschäftsstraße. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus sieht man ein wenig das Meer. Man bekommt Strandtücher täglich- wenn man danach fragt. Wasserkocher vorhanden. Man bekommt einmalig einen - 20% Gutschein für das Restaurant über.

Cons:

Das Personal zeigte selten ein Lächeln, die 3 Herren an Rezeption, Bar und Service wirkten irgendwie desinteressiert oder als ob sie an einem Borout litten. Man musste jede Info aus der „Nase ziehen“. Kühlschrank kühlte kaum. Wasserkocher ohne Tee, Kaffee …, kein Schrank im Zimmer. Man konnte den Koffer gar nicht richtig auspacken. Haben das 3. Bett als Ablage benutzt. Hat den Anschein, dass man nicht lange bleiben soll. Keine Hacken im Zimmer. Im Bad wenig Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen. Badebekleidung- wohin zum trocknen…? Tiefgarage eine Herausforderung zum rein und rausfahren! Gefahr den Unterboden anzukratzen! Sehr ungünstig. Keine TV Sender im TV einstellbar gewesen- auch nicht das Personal hat es hinbekommen. Vom Frühstück waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Es gab jeden Tag das Selbe! Backwaren wie alt und billig. Filterkaffee der im Preis inklusive war, schmeckte wie Aufwaschwasser! Nicht trinkbar! Mussten uns jeden Tag Kaffee extra bestellen und zahlen. Vielleicht auch Absicht ? Aufgrund der genannten Angaben, haben wir uns nicht so Wohl gefühlt. Was nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat, aber gut zu wissen ist: nur 20% der Strände sind in Albanien öffentlich! Das heißt, man muss sich eigentlich immer 2 Liegen mit Schirm für 20-30€/ Tag mieten und sich in diesen Strandbars beschallen lassen. Uns hat das genervt. Keine Ruhe zum abschalten !

Hotel krasny novy, vyborna lokalita. Trochu slabsie ranajky na 4 hv hotel

Cons:

Skoda personalu, ktory to cele kazil. Boli neochotny. Boli onudeny.
Mali by zvazit moznost late checkoutu. Neda sa s nimi dohodnut, ani za poplatok.

Localização

Cons:

Quartos pequenos e ruidosos (sem qualquer insonorização do exterior e do interior). O A/C deitava água abundante sempre que utilizado e ruído que impossibilitava o descanso. A limpeza é insufiente.

Diese Ort war schön dekoriert.

Cons:

Der Preis für das Zimmer war meiner Meinung nach viel zu hoch für das, was geboten wurde. Im Zimmer fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie ein Kühlschrank, Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta. Außerdem gab es keinen Kleiderschrank, sodass wir keine vernünftige Möglichkeit hatten, unsere Kleidung aufzubewahren.

Der Wasserkocher war stark verkalkt und machte leider keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass mehrmals – etwa 3 bis 4 Mal – der Strom bzw. das Licht ausgefallen ist. Einmal passierte das sogar, während ich gerade unter der Dusche war.

Wir hatten ursprünglich 7 Nächte gebucht, sind aber bereits nach 5 Nächten abgereist, da es für uns insgesamt sehr langweilig war und der Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen überhaupt nicht erfüllt hat.
Der Parkplatz war ebenfalls sehr schlecht. Er lag direkt an einem sehr steilen Hang, was das Parken äußerst schwierig und unangenehm gemacht hat.

Insgesamt war ich extrem unzufrieden und enttäuscht. Für diesen hohen Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Komfort, Sauberkeit und grundlegende Ausstattung erwartet.
