Hotel and location were nice, but they straight-up lied about services/availability
Pros:

Location was great, room was what I was expecting.

Cons:

They explicitly state that the front desk is open 24 hours, and I even confirmed that they would be there at 2am when I arrived to check in. When I showed up, nobody was there, so I had to spend the night outside in a somewhat sketchy area. Nobody showed up until 8 am, and they still made me pay full price.

Pros:

It's on the beach side and the view is awesome. Breakfast was good and other dishes as well. We had dinner at the restaurant during our stay. It's not a buffet breakfast but we have to order what we want from the menu.

Pięknie położony. Bardzo miła obsługa. Pani przygotowała nam śniadanie na wyjazd bo byśmy nie zdążyli zjeść. Polecam. Fantastyczny widok z balkonu

L’emplacement est incroyable, nous avions une vue directement sur la mer et nous étions sur le port donc à proximité de tout.

Cons:

Cependant la chambre n’est pas à la hauteur de la vue, nous avons demander des couvertures et nous avons reçu des plaids très tard dans la soirée ! La Clim ne fonctionnait pas. Ça manque de rangement pour les bagages, le petit dej j’ai connu meilleur en Albanie…. et dernier point, la porte du balcon ne ferme pas !!! Et j’ai remarqué ceci avant de partir (cf photos) une moisissure… malgré tout, le gérant est dispo.

Perfect view and location for Sarande. Really comfortable stay if you can handle a wet bathroom after shower.
Pros:

We got the room with the big great balcony and had a beautiful view from there. The staff were really friendly. Free breakfast option was available and we could order from the breakfast menu with a lot of choices and it was very satisfying.

Cons:

Shower curtain was short and was too far away from the shower area so it was very difficult to avoid making the bathroom floor wet. It was drying overtime but annoying. Room was quite small.

We had an amazing experience
Pros:

Spacious and clean room with lovely seafront view. Tasty breakfast variety of options. All the staff members are very kind and humble. Hospitality is very good. Would recommend to others to stay at this hotel

Pros:

Location 11/10 , right at the beginning of the promenade, just excellent. We felt really welcomed, very friendly staff. You could eat at the restaurant, it was everything practical.

Adorei o Hotel e a localização
Pros:

Diretamente de frente pro Mar
Restaurante na parte de baixo do Hotel, comida boa e barata.
Limpeza do quarto todos os dias.

Cons:

Não tem Box no banheiro, então sempre molha o chão durante o banho.
