Authentiek ogend hotel
Lakens roken erg fris

Cons:

Extreem gehorig, word gezegd dat het na 10 uur stil moet zijn maar de bar aan de overkant maakt erg veel lawaai en mensen onderin het restaurant blijven gewoon zitten tot laat.
Kreeg geen warm welkom gevoel.
Bedden waren wat aan de harde kant, maar dit is een persoonlijke kwestie.

מלון בסגנון אותנטי, במיקום מצוין, על גדת הנהר, בקרבת העיר עתיקה והחדשה, שירות מצוין מצד העובדים במקום, הסדר חניה של המלון עם מגרש חנייה קרוב מאוד.
ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת לשולחן, היא בסיסית ומספיקה: חביתה, ירקות, גבינה ונקניק, ריבה חמאה לחם פרוסות עוגה וצלחת פירות, וקפה

קליטה סלולארית ואלחוטית חלשה מאוד.
הכניסה למלון היא דרך המסעדה שלו, ועלול להיות רעש בלילה בקומת הכניסה מהסועדים.

The best location in Berat. Right next to the bridge. Warm friendly staff nothing to much trouble. Exceptionally clean

Cons:

Завтрак, можно было не заказывать. Он был не вкусный. Обслуживал несколько столов недовольный мужчина. Приборы и кофе просто не принесли, пока мы несколько раз не напоминали об этом. Настроение было испорчено с утра. В комнате не было место куда повесить или разместить одежду, тк шкаф был заполнен подушками и одеялами.

Fijne en mooie locatie. Helaas zijn de kamers erg gehorig & was het ontbijt slecht geregeld.

Erg gehorige kamers. Je kon het muziek van het restaurant & de straat goed horen in de kamer. Ontbijt was slecht geregeld.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, très bien situé. Parfait pour aller visiter le château à pied. Le petit déjeuner est copieux idem pour les plats au restaurant.

The room’s interiors were traditional for Berat.It felt like you were inside a modern castle
The food also was delicious
I highly recommend this hotel and the restorant which was cozy especially during dinner

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter la magnifique ville de Berat. Parfaitement rénové, il offre l’essentiel pour un agréable séjour. Le personnel est agréable et la restauration offre un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Pros:

A really friendly hotel in Berat with attentive staff who made the stay very easy and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and it’s in a great part of town for getting around and exploring.

Breakfast was generous and very good, and the evening meal (paid separately) was also excellent. Free parking was a useful bonus. Overall, a comfortable and well-run place to stay.

Great location and staff - basic services need to be upheld.
Pros:

Location was fantastic also the staff were really helpful - they helped us move to a different family room at a lower floor.

Cons:

We stayed for 2 nights but did not have a house-keeping service at all. No drinking water was provided in the room (which is a basic norm).
