Pros:

The hotel was a fairly nice place to stay. Bed was extremely hard, but okay, as I was having some back problems, it helped with that. It was advertised as having people TV with cable. It had neither the TV was there, but it it did not work and there was no cable. Mini-bar There was not one it did have a fridge. The hot water was sporadic. It's very, very hot in the beginning and towards the end of your shower, the water would be fairly cool, not cold, but it was pretty hot and humid anyways. The place could use a bit of modernization for updates and repairs to things. We did not use the pool, but the water did seem to be. A little on the murky side, the staff was wonderful and friendly and accommodating. They offered a pillow menu on there. Add, but we only had 2 pillows. When we asked for additional pillows, we got throw pillows for a chair. Something's better than nothing.I guess all in all it was a fairly decent stay

The owner or manager Alex is amazing as hosting and welcome you... the time there was great and the pool was a blass, love it.

Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful so I feel bad but the room just was not clean. No toulet paper, leftover toothbrush from previous person, stains on bed, minibar not working 😞 thank you staff for helping out with things!

Pros:

My first day I need to get a SIM card for my phone, the owner called me a tuk-tuk and then accompanied me to the phone shop to get the card. He took care of everything at the shop. The SIM card was 5$US for a week of connectivity. awesome service, wonderful people!!! The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and a 20 minutes walk to Pub street. It's not a 5 star place but the staff make up for what facilities they lack. Great little hotel 🏨
