Very nice and charming hotel.

Small little hotel that’s a bit tucked away off the main drag, which we preferred, with lovely staff and comfortable accommodation

A little difficult to find as behind a large fence with a small sign over to the side. The mosquitoes are very bad and there are a lot of pots with water and plants which provides a perfect breeding environment in large containers with still water. I have stayed in a different hotel in the past and there was the same issue.

This place was fine, but I'm pretty sure a huge percentage of the reviews are fake. There are multiple reviews under the same name and stay date, and they all praise the same vague things with the same sentence & paragraph structure. A lot of the common comments I disagree with, like that it is "central" (while not super inconveniently located, it is definitely a drive away from most things that travelers would want to do in town), "quiet" (between the cicadas and tree frogs at night, a rooster in the morning, a nearby temple where there was drumming and chanting one day, and the construction project technically next door, but overlooking the pool, I would say, construction notwithstanding, it's very peaceful -- but definitely not quite), and "clean" (housekeeping does a good job, but none of the doors and windows really seal up properly, so there were always bugs and lizards getting in).

I will say that it is absolutely beautiful, a tropical paradise. But all the overblown reviews raised my expectations unrealistically high and I was disappointed. In the end, I'm on a working holiday, and needed good strong WiFi and ideally an air-conditioned place other than my room where I could work for several hours each day, and this did not have either of those things. I ended up checking out early.

The accommodations were great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Tout ! L'hôtel est incroyable. La chambre était grande, propre, calme. Correspond Complètement aux photos et au standing vendu. Les petits déjeuner étaient copieux et excellents. La piscine immense et ouverte jusque tard. Le personnel était aux petits soins et toujours super serviable. L'emplacement est très bien, pas loin de Pub Street et du Night Market entre autres.

Excellent hotel with all facilities, great pool, good breakfast, balcony, very attentive staff, near from downtown, good value for money.

Everything was perfect, the cleaning was very very good, when you enter the room, everywhere smells like oak, the staff is very friendly and solution-oriented. I extended my holiday for a few days because it was very comfortable.

We really loved our stay here. Large room, hot shower, good AC and WiFi, nice pool. Very clean. Short Grab ride from the central area.

Great hotel. clean, spacious rooms, lovely pool and restaurant area in inner courtyard, very green and lush and relaxing. Staff was awesome.

We were relocated to the sister property as there was significant construction going on at or around the property and we refused to stay. The sister property the Elsyium was perfect. Our room was large and clean, needing an update but pleasant and the grounds beautiful. We were well cared for and felt at home.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! It’s close to old market and pub street, so we were always just a short walk from amazing food and nightlife. After our temple tours, the poool was the perfect spot to unwind with a cold drink. The staff were beyond helpful, arranging tuk-tuks and giving great local tip. Highly recommended!

Bopha Watbo is a gem! It's close to everything and offers a clam and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredible, always welcoming and ready to assist with our tours and transportation. We'll be back for sure!
