Comfortable hotel with views
Pros:

Great views across PP - delicious breakfast - the pool floor is fantastic, views amazing, a small terrace to walk on up there too
I liked the lounge areas too - made for a comfortable experience
Staff friendly and efficient

Cons:

Aircon a little fierce, location felt a bit tricky for getting out to restaurants etc tho the tuktuks are v handy for this ( booked by grab and arrive v quickly, a fun way to get around )

Good facilities, unusually bad check-in and check-out experiences
Pros:

The hotel itself is new and the room is clean and comfortable. The gym could use more equipment, but for a hotel gym, it’s okay.

Cons:

Check-out was a mess. Worst experience I’ve had. Staff refused to issue the invoice despite seeing in the Booking.com app the reply from the reservations team that it will be issued upon check out. The guy kept interrupting me when I’m speaking, and I think that’s the reason for the confusion.

I had a very pleasent stay
Pros:

Very friendly personal, very good breakfast and very clean rooms.

Cons:

Limited smoking area only floor 28 and in front of the hotel. At the roof top outside smoking not permitted.

Pros:

The reception staff was very helpful and allowed early check-in. The view room window on 18th floor was stunning with nice visibility in the backdrop of clean atmosphere.
The breakfast spread didn't have vegan options except for some fruits, but the chef immediately obliged by preparing soup and noodles with pure vegan dish. The condiments and spices added made it tasteful.
