A very nice, clean, good smell and cozy place to stay in the heart of Phnom Penh
Pros:

The location is just a few minutes walk to Basak Lane. The building entrance and room smelled nice all the time. The bed sheets too had a very clean and hygenic smell. They do pest control regularly and for anyone living in Phnim Penh knows how important this is. The staff and cleaning team are very positive and helpful. The room is cleaned daily an left with a good smell. The kitchen ware is present inside the room. The washing machine and hang dryer is a plus.

Amazing apartment. Amazing location.
Pros:

A friend and I stayed in the premier two bedroom apartment and could not of been happier. The room size is quite big with a large balcony to match. The layout was great with a room on either side of the apartment. Staff we friendly and helpful. The location probably one of the best in the city with Bassac Lane a short stroll down the street. Will stay again.

It's my kind of place
Pros:

Everything was to my liking. I'm a fan of the building, the staff, and the facilities. The location is excellent, for my purposes.

Cons:

The one thing I noticed was the wet floor in the swimming pool bathroom. Maybe the shower leaks, or whoever used it did so carelessly. The floor was wet for at least two hours, which detracts from the atmosphere in the bathroom. One has to walk in the water to get in that shower, the other one, or the sauna...unless it's cleaned up.

I like to tour too much
