Very good value for money, I just wish it was cleaner and less noisy
Pros:

Great value for money. Big studio with a kitchenette. The location is very nice, next to a train station and many options to eat or get groceries.

Cons:

The cleaning wasn’t done properly even after a cleaning request. Some dishes also were dirty. Other than that kitchen pans were in a bad condition. The elevators are surprisingly loud and are in constant use, so you can hear them going up and down in the room. There is no TV in the room and it’s only available for rent.

Amazing!
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, good location, even if it looks far from the center, it is really only 20mins from the main station so really convenient. Sauna was amazing!

Cons:

Was a little bit noisy on the lower floors because of the train, but fortunatelly not the whole night.

Great value for money and very comfortable stay .
Pros:

Check in and out very easy . Able to access help during stay easily . Studio was fully equipped. Access to coffee facilities and lounge area . Sauna was lovely. Very good value for money. Right next to train station and 25 minutes from centre of Helsinki

Cons:

Very warm in the apartment and cafe was closed during stay but that would have been a bonus.

Great place to stay and explore Helsinki if you don't mind using public transport
Pros:

Overall clean, modern, well-equipped studio. Public transport (bus & train) as well as a 24h-supermarket and fast food places are close by and it's really easy to get to Helsinki city centre in about 15 minutes by train. Noli Malmi is also easily reachable from the airport by a direct train. We stayed here for the second time and loved it both times. It's also significantly cheaper than most places in the city centre. Unfortunately, the bistro situated on the ground floor of the building was closed for summer break this time around but we really enjoyed all the food we tried there last year (excellent burgers!).

Cons:

Some of the insides of the cabinets could have used a more thorough cleaning prior to our arrival. Getting the studio cleaned during your stay can be a bit of a hassle if you like to sleep in or stay inside the studio until after noon.
