Clean and spacious hotel
Pros:

Clean and spacious room - we had a two bedroom apartment. Good facilities - nice swimming pool and very well maintained garden areas within the complex. It was very quiet and safe which felt like a nice retreat from the busy city. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The manager was very helpful. Getting around from the location was very easy using the ‘Grab’ app for tuktuks/taxis.

Cons:

We initially found it very hard to find as they’re doing some lobby renovations. The reception area wasn’t clearly marked. Our room also said ‘sofa bed’ on the booking for the lounge which turned out just to be a sofa (not a bed) which meant one of our family needed to get a another room.
The manager took this feedback on board :)
