Fantastisk personale, men dårlig renhold på rom
Pros:

Hjelpsomt og hyggelig personale. Store rom og stor seng. Flott basseng.

Cons:

Stedet er slitt og bærer preg av lite vedlikehold på rommene. Hadde renholdet vært en bedre standard kunne noe være reddet. Holder lav vestlig standard. Tror det er lenge siden de fysisk vasket gulv, speil, badekar og dusjdør mm.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and comfortable and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.Good place for the bus station but town centre was 20min walk for decent restaurants and shops,tuk tuk only 2 dollars though.Overall I was happy with my stay and would recommend.

Cons:

Mattress on bed was very uncomfortable,but a lot of Asia like that.

Perfect stay in Siem Reap
Pros:

We loved our stay. A very clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff (who booked our Angkor Wat tour for us and took our bags to our room), great location (just a short tuk tuk to Pub Street), great swimming pool and chill out area and around the corner from the Giant Ibis bus station too. We’d definitely stay again.

Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable (service de laundry, location de scooter...) et la piscine est agréable.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas entretenu par les propriétaires : trous des anciennes décorations visibles dans les murs de la chambre, latte de parquet cassée au sol, climatisation ancienne faisant beaucoup de bruit.
Pas de peignoir pour la piscine.
Le personnel n'ayant pas suffisamment d'argent en liquide (billets) à disposition, c'est à vous de faire l'appoint lorsque vous régler la note finale.

Very good stay and also staff were so respectful and helpful :)
Pros:

Great location, quiet and easily accessible for grab/ tuktuk.

Pool was lovely and staff kept everything as clean as possible

Cons:

We were on the third floor and there was no lift :(

There is some building work happening around the property so there is quite a lot of dust/ dirt at the moment . The staff are doing there best to keep this at bay

The rooms were massive, the bed was comfy. There was plenty of hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was good

Cons:

The hotel was about half an hour walk to the centre. ( River, market, pub street etc) But only a short cheap tuktuk ride away.

Pros:

One of the very few hotels, where you can air your room by opening the windows and the door od your room. So I always had fresh air inside without having used the ventilator or AirCon, because I opened everything through the morning hours.

Nice atmosphere with the pool and the palm trees, lovely rooms with a comfortable interior.

Incredibly stuff, helpful in every aspect.

Also beautiful: the rooftop from where you can watch the sunrise or sunset, if you have missed your Grab to Angkor.

Cons:

The only aspect I would consider as underdeveloped was the breakfast. Instant noodles instead of fresh noodles and cheap sauces. I am sure they will work on it.
