El personal fue extremadamente amable. Se me perdió el bolso haciendo turismo y me llamaron del hotel para decirme que estuviera tranquila que me lo darían a la vuelta. Una mujer muy amable se molestó en llamar al hotel para decir que tenia mi bolso

ロケーションや部屋は抜群だがスタッフの対応に疑問
Pros:

駅から近く抜群のロケーションでした。アップグレードしてくれ、広めで明るい部屋に宿泊できました。バスなどの設備も新しく、気持ちよかったです。

Cons:

ツインの部屋でしたが、ベッドの枕元の両サイドに2つコンセントとUSB-AとCの端子がありました。ベッドサイドの電灯はつくのにコンセントと端子には電気がきていませんでした。フロントに行って説明し部屋で30分程度待ちましたが、直しに来て貰えません。食事に行く時に再度フロントのコンシェルジュに依頼し、2時間後部屋に戻りましたが直っておらず、再度フロントに修理を依頼しました。やっとフロントの人が来てくれ、一旦は電気が来ましたが、直ぐに切れてしまいました。諦めていたところ、掃除の人が来たのでその人に再度説明すると、別の人が来て入口付近のブレーカーを操作し、やっと使えるようになりました。
ホテルのスタッフの対応や依頼に対応するしくみには疑問が残りました。

I remembered why I won’t stay again
Pros:

It is close to the city center and it is a good vibe

Cons:

It is a bit expensive. Everything. And to be honest the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Is the second time I go there for a solo time and staycation but I need to say the pillows are thin or super big. and the mattress hard.
Also the internet is a bit complicated. I find it odd when hotels charge for better WiFi. Capitalism to the max.

Olen tyytyväinen oleskeluun hotellissa, mutta aamiaiskokemuksen takia en ehkä tule uudelleen.
Pros:

Saapumisemme reseptionisti (ei alunperin suomalainen) oli mukava ja palvelualtis. Aamiaisella tarjoilija May ansaitsee erityismaininnan: hän näki vaivaa kaikin puolin ja järjesti mm. soijajugurttia, kun sitä ei ollut valmiina saatavilla. Hotellin sisätilat olivat kauniit, kuten odotettua. Huonepalvelu toimi loistavasti: listalla ei ollut valmiiksi gluteenitonta ja vegaania syötävää, mutta puhelinpalvelija kysyi asiasta kokilta, joka loihti upeat parsarisotot.

Cons:

Aamiaisella oli harmillisen niukka valikoima gluteenittomalle vegaanille, ja asiaa korosti se, että kukaan tarjoilija ei puhunut suomea ja useimmat myös puhuivat englantia hankalalla korostuksella, joten ruoista oli vaikea kysyäkään. May oli ainoa, joka oikeasti halusi ottaa asian omakseen ja myös puhui hyvää englantia. Oli myös pettymys, että aamiainen ei enää ollut isossa kristallikruunusalissa, kuten Seurahuoneen aikana, vaan tilassa, jollaisia löytyy kaikista hotelleista.
