Great location, amazing staff and beautiful hotel
Pros:

The location was great, close to shopping and easy to get around. The staff was super nice and the hotel was outstanding. Great place for a stay would definitely recommend.

Location and breakfast amazing!

Cons:

There is definitely room for improvement in customer service. We arrived late and had to carry our luggage to the room ourselves, which is not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. Additionally, when we tried to order a late-night snack, the 24-hour room service was unavailable, and no alternative was offered at 11:30 pm, forcing us to go out to find food. Overall, the level of service felt quite limited for a hotel of this category.

Excelllent stay with family.
Pros:

All really great, staff/ location/facilities/ lobby : the gyms/ spa is state state of art.

Cons:

The sauna was restricted to early morning or late night depending on room rate condition something we were not aware of. However the staff were flexible and made an exception for use during other hours.

Loved Helsinki & thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.
Pros:

Staff were very attentive & helpful. The location was super convenient. The spa was also very nice.

Cons:

We would prefer colder air conditioning, but it was a minor concern.
