Недостаточно света и недостаточно полотенец- но нужно спрашивать и тогда дадут. Так же как зубную щетку. Но было бы приятнее если бы сразу было все в наличии в номере.
Konumu mükemmel. Tren istasyonunun hemen karşısına. Tramvay da önünde. Otelin temizliği, büyüklüğü, hizmeti her şeyi perfect! Spa'sı da soğuk havaya en iyi ilaç. NH Hotel'lerini çok severim <3

The room was spacious and the staff very courteous and welcoming. The hotel location was an added bonus.

The staff were extraordinarily helpful on arrival.
Well located to Central Station. Bit of a hike with suitacases over the cobble stones but we ended up learning of a better way to get there and then on the way out the porter took us to the back entrance which took us almost directly across the road from the station. All of the staff were genuinely friendly and nice. Room was fantastic, good size with a few different seating options. Bathroom was a great size. Bed was the most comfortable we'd had on our whole trip. Wish we had had a few more nights there to experience more of the property.
Todella upea ja laadukas hotelli! Erityismaininta tunnelmalliselle spalle, lisäksi kuntosali oli todella hyvin varusteltu ja aamupalan valikoima loistava. Saimme myös todella hyvää palvelua henkilökunnalta. Ainakin sisäpihalle päin oleva huone oli myös hyvin hiljainen, vaikka hotellilla on todella keskeinen sijainti.
Olin varannut kaksi huonetta, joista toisen 3hlö huoneen jouduimme vaihtamaan toiseen vastaavaan koska ensiksi luovutetussa huoneessa haisi häiritsevästi viemäri. Toinen vastaava huone oli muuten yhtä hyvä kuin ensimmäinen, mutta kolmatta sänkyä sinne ei mahtunut ideaalisti. Lisäsänky olikin siis vain vanha ja pieni, natiseva heteka. Lisäsängyssä nukkuvalle kokemus ei siis ollut yhtä luksus ja laadukas, mitä hotelli muuten oli.
