Overall good location. Good value relative to price of other hotels in the area.
Pros:

Location, quietness, efficiency

Cons:

The no- staff contact, all self-service was a bit uncomfortable to me. I found one of the stools was not clean. Had some sticky stuff on top. And no paper towel.

If I am in Helsinki again I'd love to stay here
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable, i slept very well. It's nice to have access to the sauna and a terrace from the sauna for cool down. Also great: the observation deck. I would definitely like to stay here again and wish more accommodations were like this.
The studio had everything we needed to prepare small meals.

Cons:

maybe just include coffee for each day of the stay, but this is just a bonus anyway.

wonderful stay at a modern and clean refurbished warehouse hotel
Pros:

free use of washing machine and sauna, kitchen equipment, shower!!
kind personnel. it is not expensive compared to other accomodations in the city

Cons:

its a bit noisy outside and the beds are small.

Cuando llegue para hacer el check in, no había nadie y las tabletas no funcionaban. Fue realmente un momento estresante porque era bastante tarde y técnicamente si no podía entrar iba a terminar dormir en la calle

When I arrived I was assigned to a room that hadn't been cleaned. I immediately got help, even after the regular opening hours and was given a new (bigger!) room. I really enjoyed my stay at Noli. The room was nice and contained all the things you may need. The shower was great and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I especially loved how centrally located the studio was and that there was a grocery store right around the corner. The (cleaning) staff was very friendly and helpful. I can really recommend Noli if you're looking for a place to work while also enjoying all the city has to offer.

Cons:

The refrigerator often made a loud, humming noise, which can be annoying.

Calm down a lot with many facilities
