Pros:

I used to live next door, so staying there feels line home. Also its modern & clean well maintained

Great location and plenty of facilities available onsite

Cons:

We were quite disappointed with service as we were assured to have breakfast delivered to our studio one day prior to departure, as we were leaving early. It didn’t happen so we had to wait for the breakfast cafe to open and almost missed our flight due to late departure. Breakfast starting at 8:30 on weekends is quite late in my opinion.

Posizione comoda per visitare Helsinki.
La camera-appartamento è piccola ma c'è tutto ciò che serve

Cons:

La colazione, che viene servita in un bar all'interno della struttura, è un po' limitata. Eventuali prodotti extra quali i croissant sono a pagamento. Considerando il prezzo della camera dovrebbero includere qualcosa di più.

nothing special but quite good apartments with Sauna

Cons:

Breakfast was not so good only a few things available and the same every day.
And as a couple a bit weird that there are o ly seperate saunas for men and women

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in uno studio piccolo ma ben attrezzato al sesto piano. Facile da raggiungere coi mezzi pubblici, comodo il check-in ed out contactless.

Cons:

Insonorizzazione delle finestre.
Il mio studio dava su un vicolo e sentire un camion fare retromarcia alle 3 di notte col "bip bip" è... fastidioso.
Davvero l'unica pecca, altrimenti perfetto.

Für Familienbesuch in Helsinki bestens, Preis günstig und guter Standard. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Frühstück sehr günstig (5.-€ pro Person) dazugebucht, wurde im Cafè Finca de las Venturas serviert: Columbianisch geprägt, mit kleiner, aber nicht finnischer Speisenauswahl (z.B. Empenadas, Guacamole, Salat, Maisfladen, aber auch Joghurt, Obst u.a.) und sehr gutem Kaffee (allein der war es wert), außerdem gegen Zuzahlung andere Cafè-Speisen/Gebäck. Zimmer schlicht, aber sauber und auch für abendlichen Aufenthalt geeignet. Kein TV. Eigene Küchenzeile mit Herd und Ofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, TK-Fach (vergleichbar mit kleinem komfortablem Studenten-Wohnheimzimmer). Schöne Männer- und Frauensauna, Supermarkt, Kneipe mit Pub-Essen, Straßenbahnhaltestelle (12 Min. Fahrzeit zur Zentralstation) nah dran. Gute Lage zu Allas Sea Pool/Sauna, Dom, Markthalle. Ruhig.

Cons:

War alles so, wie ich es bei der Auswahl beschrieben bekommen habe.
