Sa situation.

Cons:

Très petit, décor minimaliste et cheap.
Pas de télé. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas 20 €.

Pros:

They went above and beyond to think of everything guests might need. I loved the laundry machine downstairs and the fact that they even gave us laundry detergent in the studio so I didn't have to buy any. The rooftop terrace was amazing!!

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a schedule for room cleanings. I worked late hours and housekeeping would come at 9, 9:30 and I was too tired to let them in. The property says to contact the hosts for the schedule, but frankly so much of this could be solved if there were a physical Do Not Disturb sign you could put on the door. There's a button that's supposed to do that, but I had it enabled, and I was still woken up.

Located in walking distance from the University of Helsinki. Nice studio, easy to reach with public transport. Provides verything you need for a short stay.

very good location. Clean common parts.

Cons:

Room was a bit small. No television (very unusual). Accommodation was more like student accommodation than tourist accommodation. The check in procedure was quite cumbersome.

Perfekte Lage, tolle Zimmer- Ich würde es wieder buchen!
Pros:

Die Gegend, das Apartment und im gesamten Gebäude war es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Ich konnte sehr gut schlafen und alles war zu Fuß innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ca. 5min zum Hafen, ca. 10min zur alten Markthalle oder zum Dom. Es gibt eine kostenlose Sauna mit Duschen, Umkleidereum und Schließfächern in der 7. Etage, die richtig schön war. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt um die Ecke und ein sehr gutes gastronomisches Angebot.

The room was cold and I could not turn up the heat.. (it was 12C outside).
Impossible to find decent parking. The parking cost in the surroundings is horrible, half the cost of the hotelroom per night…

Pros:

Behaviour of the reception staff. Loved the location. Walking distance to the center. Tram n. 4 is behind the corner, if needs be. Paid a visit to nearby Allas Pool with heated 25m outdoor swimming.
