Miellyttävää majoitusta Rukajärven rannalla.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja riittävä, miljöö miellyttävä ja rauhallinen.
Kokonaisvaikutelma paikasta oli siisti ja laadukas.
Huone, jossa yövyimme oli uusi, hyvin siisti +siinä oli pieni keittiö, jossa sai halutessaan keittää teet +kahvit.
Miellyttävä paikka, suosittelen.

Pros:

It is located in a really beautiful place surrounded by nature and very next to the lake.
Getting there is easy, and there is free parking if you go with your own car.
Sauna is included and it is a great experience since you can cool down directly in the lake.
The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of different options.
Really recommend

Cons:

The mini fridge in the room was not working. It was not a major issue for us but it should be checked

La gestion de cet établissement devrait être améliorée
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse.
L’environnement est agréable.

Cons:

Le bâtiment où nous logeons, le restaurant ainsi que celui de la réception sont accessibles par des escaliers en bois, sans aucune rampe (handrail) pour se tenir, ce qui pose des problèmes de sécurité pour les personnes ayant des difficultés pour se déplacer. En quittant le restaurant le premier soir mon épouse est tombée.
Au restaurant, le prix du buffet du soir est très élevé comparé à d’autres établissements et le prix n’est d’ailleurs pas annoncé.
Un manque de réactivité du personnel ; après la première nuit nous avons signalé qu’il n’y avait plus de savon au lavabo ; cette remarque est restée sans effet.

Chalet am See
Pros:

Das Chalet am See ist im Innen- und Aussenbereich neu gemacht - alles mit wertigem Material. Auch bei der Einrichtung wurde mi Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet.
Obwohl die Rezeption und das Restaurant nicht geöffnet waren, konnten wir das Chalet für einige Tage online buchen und genossen dafür die Ruhe.

Cons:

Im Aussenbereich der gesamten Anlage werden für die kommenden Saison noch an einigen Baustellen Arbeiten verrichtet.
