Great stay, very friendly staff.
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very nice.
The guy at reception was very welcoming and helpful.

Convenient for airport users
Pros:

Nice hotel. Great food at the restaurant and restaurant staff very polite and welcoming. The hotel staff was helpful, especially with cabs as the cab apps in Tirana are unstable.

The room was normal, clean and enjoyable.

Cons:

The windows were quite thin so the traffic noise was quite loud. And the TV isn't a Smart TV so impossible to watch anything else than a few classic channels, which could be improved.

There is no sign to let guests know that the plumbing system doesn't allow for toilet paper to be thrown in the toilet itself. I recommend adding signs to avoid issues in the future.

Cons:

The hotel was nice and the overall stay was good. However, I was a bit disappointed that for a luxury hotel there was no assistance with luggage. As a pregnant guest traveling with bags, I expected some support with carrying them. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help except a housekeeping staff member who kindly helped me out of courtesy. I hope the hotel can improve this service in the future.
