I loved everything! It’s an excellent hotel. The rooms are and comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were snow-white. The rooftop pool was a fantastic feature - I really enjoyed my swims there. The breakfasts are delicious. You can also have lunch and dinner at the restaurant, the food is excellent. There is a Casa Italia mall just in 2 minutes from the hotel.
Staff deserves special mention: Thea at the reception is simply wonderful! She was always helpful with any questions - a highly efficient and kind-hearted employee! I am so grateful to her. Valbona from the restaurant is a truly warm and kind woman. People like Thea and Valbona are the face of the hotel. You are the best! I highly recommend this hotel, comfort and friendly staff await you here.
New, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. It was very close to the bus station for Shkoder and easy to get to from the airport.
You have to pay to use the pool which has limited opening hours
