Clean and great location
Pros:

The room was very clean and was in a great central location

Cons:

I feel the host could’ve communicated slightly better before the check in we were waiting for 30 minutes to get into our room (however there was NYE traffic so I guess it wouldn’t usually be this bad). It did feel a bit confusing as we were just standing around not knowing what was going to happen. But once we did get into the room it was great. I just think it would be ideal to let guests know that there may be a wait for check in and that it’s not a hotel

Very bad. Hotel is impossible to find. Even their neighbors don't know them. No refund at all

Cons:

Impossible the find the place. No instructions were sent ahead of time. After landing, I took a cab right away to go to the address as I had an important work meeting that afternoon. Not a single sign or poster. I asked all the small shop around the address.. nobody knows them. They never called my phone to help me find the hotel. I wrote them with a description of myself, stayed outside in the street (under the mid-day heat!) at the address and they didn't pick me up. i did my due diligence in spending > 1h searching for hotel and waiting for street pick up (I had arrived exactly at the time I had indicated on booking).
Given the inconvenience, the least I expected was a refund... No refund. Neither did they send me an invoice for the "stay", so I can't even show it to my employer (and they avoid tax on it, presumably). They just took the money and run.. I received no response from my second email regarding refund. Not sure whether it 's an occasional or recurrent scam.. but don't take a chance: don't stay there!
I went down the street, found a very nice, clean hotel, with a "hotel" sign in front of it, with concierge for half the price

Pros:

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sie befindet sich mitten im lebendigen Stadtteil Pazari i Ri, im Herzen von Tirana. Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral, und die Innenstadt ist in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt vor der Tür erwartet einen ein bunter Markt mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants.
Trotz der belebten Umgebung ist es im Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und kümmern sich aufmerksam um ihre Gäste.

Agréablement surprise, de part la propreté de la chambre ainsi qu’au confort (il y a même un petit réfrigérateur) 🥺et sa localisation proche du centre commercial Toptani (env 7 minutes a pieds) proche du centre ainsi que des points de ramassage pour différentes excursions. De plus le personnel est très sympathique rien à dire. Le seul « bémol serait juste le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur mais personnellement cela ne m’a plus plus dérangé que ça 😌 je recommande et j’y reviendrai avec certitude 👍

Quello che ci ha colpito di più è stata la straordinaria disponibilità dei proprietari. Ad ogni nostra richiesta hanno risposto con prontezza e gentilezza, cercando sempre di venirci incontro. Questo atteggiamento ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale.
Un ringraziamento particolare va a Nicoletta, la signora che cura le camere. Una donna dolcissima, sempre sorridente, che con la sua presenza ha portato calore e autenticità all’esperienza. La sua attenzione e il suo modo di fare hanno fatto la differenza.
