Agradable para una corta estancia
Pros:

Pasamos la noche antes de ir al aeropuerto al dia siguiente.
Un hotel sencillo para pasar la noche, muy centrico, hay como ir caminado a todos lados.
Deliciosa la comida del restaurante, de verdad muy rica.
Para estar centrico y en una zona llena de vida, muy tranquilo y nada de ruido.

Cons:

La habitacion estaba limpia y bonita, pero la peste a tuberia era muy fuerte lo cual le quitaba toda la gracia a la habitacion.
Una zona muy dificil para encontrar aparcamiento y los privados cuestan entre 2 y 3 euros la hora.

Spacious and confortable
Pros:

Very convenient location in the city centre, only stayed a night before heading to the airport the next day. Very comfortable and spacious room with a great bathroom as well. The staff helped us get a contact to prebook a taxi in the early morning.

Cons:

Took a while to check in cause the lady couldn’t find something to do with our booking. You have to pay in cash unless you want to be charged a huge transaction fee to pay in LEK which I’m not a fan of.

Said they had Netflix etc. And had no password ro sign in. Season power went out fir 2 hrs during the evening. Sat in the dark. Couldn't even get internet

Pros:

A goood place to be at when you need a place to sleep, location is perfect in the very centre of everything, very polite and pleasant cleaning ladies each morning they make sure everything is clean and that you have clean towels and everything you need. Overall a good experience 🤗

Pros:

Buena ubicación, habitacion muy espaciosa y bien mantenida, tienen persianas automáticas con lo que no entra luz por la noche, algo fresca en invierno aunque con las fundas nórdicas no se pasa frio. Las camas muy comodas. El baño muy amplio y limpio. El personal, que es el que atiende también el restaurante fue amable aunque al no haber una recepción como tal a veces cuesta un poco localizarlos.

Cons:

Todo bien. Tener en cuenta que es muy céntrico por lo que en caso de llevar coche los parking cercanos son bastante caros. 2€ la hora, con lo que dejarlo por la noche sale por un pico.

Top location at blloku area!
Pros:

Top location at blloku area. No breakfast, yet Vila Ferdinandi has excellent choices for 6-8 eur. Food at their restaurant is excellent, normal prices. Only 3 rooms. I arrived after midnight and keys were left at box. Large room and bathroom.

Cons:

If you are a light sleeper the kitchen is near rooms and work/noise starts very early. Heating with A/C but ok. Otherwise, highly recommend it.
